The gas seemed too low when we got it. There was no prompts to take pictures before the ride, which I didn’t get to even do. There was no prompts to take pictures and fill out stuff before dropping off the keys. The location from the get go wouldn’t connect to the app. My pick up was 12:30 I didn’t get the truck until 1:50, trying to get everything sorted. The online platform wouldn’t let me go from step to step. The steps to return it, everything was coming up as an error. It made my move extremely stressful. Had to call the main contact for the location, she couldn’t help, so I was over the phone with various agents to try and get the app to work. They were kind and willing to help, but they could only do so much. I would just attend the store next time
