I’m 5’9” and I had to stand on my tip toes to see lock and could barely read the code. The locks are too high off the ground…need to be lowered to see better.

Yes it was clean but it was not well maintained. The air blower did not work in the cabin. I was told when calling the insurance I was charged $15 for wasn't mandatory. I was not asked at the location if I wanted it. I did not want it. And I'm not sure why I got charged over 20 miles when I only drive it 17 miles. I won't be renting a Uhaul again if thisbisbthe way business will be conducted.

mitchell bWas unable to check in online because the trucks were not checked by the employees yet, we had to go in the store and wait 20 mins for him to check the truck off, he was super nice so that was helpful and very attentive.
