Reese was friendly and very helpful to deal with. We needed a 10' truck and auto transport on very short notice. He had it waiting and ready when we got there. Was thorough in his review of the truck and trailer. He even sent a text to give specific driving directions to the store! I hope never to need the trailer again, but if I did, Reese would be who I'd call.Matthew S.
My wife and I were told there were no one-way 4' x 8' U-haul rentals to be had in Redding, CA (after being assured that one would be available for us), but we managed to learn that one was available for pickup an hour north in Mount Shasta, CA. Reese Sarti went out of his way to meet us on a Saturday morning (when he's not usually open and had plans of his own), and couldn't have been nicer. A big thank you to Reese for going above and beyond!Craig H.
If the location is closed or unmanned, (as in this location), then Uhaul should make the customer aware of the fact and the fact that the customer will be required to figure out the extensive pickup procedure by themselves. I would not have been able to accomplish this if I didn't possess a smart phone and sufficient charge to go through the lengthy procedure. It was extremely frustrating.Etoy A.

The pick up key was not in the box. I had to call three Uhaul representatives to finally get the lock on truck combo, which once opened were the keys to the truck. This wasted about 2 hours time where I had movers waiting for me. The inside of the truck smelled like a skunk , which I thought marijuana.Nancy B.

The process of retrieving the keys to the truck is invasive. I shouldn't have to give two personal phone contacts for "the guy" employed to choose to call. He then calls one of my contacts and does not identify why he's calling. It's weird. Otherwise the truck was par.Jessica T.

Made a reservation for one location but got switch to another place called switch back to the original one the. filled out re do the online checking it said I was in wrong spot finally got to the right one and the gps location wouldn't work and I wasn't the only customers with that problem with that location and the online check in had to go down to a small corner on the lot to get anythingBrian C.

What I would say is that my end experience was disastrous in that my deposit being paid in cash was not refunded me and cash there was a hold on my card for $50 over and above the amount on my debit card then now I'm being told that all of this is going to take up to seven days to get back I highly recommend that your agents are told to tell this to people when they give up their money because I am now sitting in a place with not a penny to my name no food no nothing no gas no electricity no propane no nothing and your people cannot help me expedite my refund at this money I think that that is an extreme to service the people that are moving and already funds are low dab something This Disaster has happened with a customer service person only being able to say sorry but there's nothing I can do about it thankKatherine M.
