When I got there nobody came out to inspect the vehicle and the door had a hanging wire that help you pull open the door. When I first made my reservation I declined all the coverage because my credit card gives us rental car coverage. But I hen I got my bill it came with a 15 dólar charge for roadside assistance. Nobody answers the phone now. This sucked!!
