The location is awful. No one answers the phone as I lost something with the uhaul keys (my storage keys) and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. The service was subpar. The internet was not working when we went to pick up the uhaul. The rep took forever and then had to use their phone and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Awful experience.JAMES H.
This u-haul rental is a nightmare experience. U-haul location couldn't find keys to my original van assigned to me so gave me keys for another van and never switched it on my contract so I got pulled over by the police arrested for a stolen vehicle that I never stole!COURTNEY B.

I rented from an Auburn location week and had a much better experience. Having to take pictures of my drivers license and use an app to both rent and drop off. Why have the lazy employee sitting there if I'm doing everything self service. I rented a furniture dolly and they didn't have one.GREGORY L.

Confusion on what I reserved online to what was actually available at the location. I thought that I had the items reserved but, when we got to location they didn't have the Moving Blankets as I had requested.RAYMOND S.
When I reserved the 10' truck online and set the pick-up time at 9:30am, I expected to have the keys shortly after 9:30am. The online check-in was easy and straightforward. However, once check-in was completed, I got a message saying that I have to wait until the pick-up location opens at 10am (Save-U-More, Kent). Why didn't the online reservation notify me this when I reserved the truck? It pushed back my schedule 30 minutes. On top of that, the UHaul representative misread my reservation and told me that I could not rent my reserved and checked-in truck because it was a regional truck which could not be taken out of town which further means I have to go to another location to pick up my reservation. Again, if my online reservation and check-in went through, why does the in-person process have to be so different and complicated? After a few calls to the manager, the representative finally realize his mistake and got me on my way. This whole process took me an hour and didn't get the keys until 10:30am. The communication and clarity of information in picking up the truck was abysmal and needs some work for customer satisfaction.Hiep N.

Even though I booked n got confirmation for my booking of a 15ft truck, the location did not have one for me. In the end I had to take a 10 ft truck n rent another truck from another location. It ended costing another $200. I my opinion, uhaul must compensate me for the extra money spent. It left a very negative impression of uhaul system. It did not deliver what was formally confirmed. I don't think it is the fault of the location.CHUI O.

I went last Thursday to reserve a 17 ft truck for Monday morning. The guy told me they open at 10 am and I needed to pick it up at 8 am on Monday. I asked if I could pick up the key to the truck on Sunday before closing he said yes. Friday morning another employ called me and told me the 17 footer wont be available for me can I take 20 footer. I agreed. Sunday I went about 3:30 pm and asked for the key to the 20 footer. The young employee could not find me any were. He asked me several times if I am sure that I reserved it at that location I told him yes. He said he have one truck only 26 footer if I wanted. I agreed because I did not have an other choice. I asked if he will give me this huge truck for the same price as the 17 footer? He said no. This was not good experience for me but at list the positive side was I was able to pick up my new kitchen cabinets.AVEDIS N.
Well the guy i dealt was not into customer service at all. Also I went to do after hours return and your website wouldn't work...truck was dirty in the back and the cab had a used mask and water bottle in it. So I would rather pay twice as much then to use uhaul ever again.Ryan W.

The truck I rented broke down approximately 25 minutes into the trip. I don't know what Uhaul's maintenance procedures are so I don't know whether to hold that against the rental location or Uhaul in general. For a truck to break down 25 miles into a trip is unacceptable.KENNETH ROBERT C.

The van we rented stated that it was large enough for a queen size bed. The picture showed the new standup type van but what we got was a standard 15 passenger van which by the time we stuffed the bed in we had damaged the mattress and was unable to get anything else in... After coming to the return location, at least five times to straighten out the billing (charged on the wrong card). The gal kept disappearing. For long periods of time, while 4 to 6 people are waiting. The manager came back to work to help. He said he would waive all charges due to the colossal mess, We thought that resolved. The location is in the back of a dirty, cluttered business, and its hard to find the actual U-haul operation (weird hand made signs taped to exterior side doors ?? - NOT what I expect from U-Haul. My negative experience was that the Agent lied to me and charged me for an extra day despite my returning the truck at open of business the next day (my turn in time was end of business the day before). I had called the day before and informed the agent that due to circumstances ( unoloaders did NOT show up) I would be returning the truck that night, but after close of business. I dropped the keys in the drop box, but could not get YOUR software to work on my phone to register the drop off. I then showed up the next morning to confirm the return. Your agent, however, did not bother to show up until an hour after the posted open time - despite having told me that he would be there before the posted open time. The truck was returned clean, in good repair and had more gasoline than required. The agent did NOT inform me that he would charge for the extra day, and indicated that he would not. This experience with this agent has left me with a bad impression - unfortunate in light of the many decades of positive experiences with U-Haul.Kerry S.

Booked everything online and when I went to pick up the truck you the clerk was unable to verify. Link provided did not work. I declined the $14 insurance but when I checked my receipt I was charged the $14. When picking up the truck the parking lot/drop off area was a mess. I would think you would have/provide a fenced area or at least have proper parking. The truck I rented had had graffiti on the side, candy, napkins and fries in the cab and the dashboard was sticky. Gross. The clerk apologized and then said to double check the gas as it might be siphoned during the night. Next time I need a truck or delivery service U-Haul will no longer be my first priority. Very disappointed in your service. I would suggest a branch manager inspect your drop off locations, specifically the Kent location.Paul P.
