Employees were friendly. I was just not happy with the mix of information. Ex. The web site offers 2 types of dolly. I needed a regular dolly. When I got there I was given a "appliance dolly". This was disappointing as it was not what I ordered. I was moving alone without any help. The dolly with bigger wheels and less bulk would have made going up 2 flights of stairs easy. Instead I killed my body putting in the extra effort that the regular dolly would have made a breeze. I was offered to return it but I was on a time crunch and could not turn around. Another issue was with the employee that was there upon pickup. She was very sweet. Unfortunately, she gave me some misinformation. When I picked up the vehicle, she told me I had until 8pm the following day. I was almost charged a late fee ... Wish It was a bit smoother.
