I did a remote drop off so did not interact with the people on site. However, the person on the phone who talked me through the return process was great. Very helpful and patient. I would suggest providing a bit more clear sign/instruction for after hour drop offs.

VIRGINIA Lwe returned a 26' uhaul with half a tank but they still charge me 40$ for 6 gallons of gas also we would recommend to never return a one-way to this location as they have very limited parking and if you park the returned truck in a slightly wrong position they will charge you an extra 100$ when you call them to go over this they will just blow you off and give you a number for a manager who will never answer the phone and definitely will never call you back

CRESENCIO MDropping it off out of hours the app was a disappointment. Trying to add photos was problematic then the app crashed and I couldn’t get back into the reservation. Had to leave the trailer without attaching photos which was a worry.

Debra SPay attention to pricing. We were charged for 3 days rental even though the date and time out to date and time in totalled 48 hrs. In reality we only rented the trailer for one day. We were also charged for insurance that we had declined and were never given a refund on the insurance. They did correct the day charges but I believe that had I been an person who doesn't pay attention to the invoicing they would have earned three times the amount they were due

Lisa ENo issues to report. It all went well. I started the on line check in from my phone, but the website froze during the process. The woman at Sawtooth was able to pull up my order and complete the process without any delay.
Jeffrey MThe customer service was good. The trailer was ready when I got there. I also needed an adapter for the wiring, which I wasn't sure I needed, and they had it there for sale for a good price. The tires had good tread and weren't bald at all. Everyone there was in a good mood even though we were all getting tons of snow within a week. The yard was clear of snow and easy to access.
