Wendy EWe had blow out in the middle of nowhere Nevada with no cellular connection. Patched in to Bellevue office by onstar( savior). Justin could not give us U-Haul road side help or number and had to call back? WTH? Only one line at business? 4 calls later able to get tire fixed. Not sure if missed checking tire or things just happen. But apathy to help us was unacceptable
Duree WCommunication between central (online) reservations and retail location. Online said they didn't have the trailer I wanted (which apparently they had) and said they'd get me the next biggest for the same rate. Retail location didn't know anything about that. We worked it out but could have been in that regard.

JON HI did a remote drop off so did not interact with the people on site. However, the person on the phone who talked me through the return process was great. Very helpful and patient. I would suggest providing a bit more clear sign/instruction for after hour drop offs.

VIRGINIA Lwe returned a 26' uhaul with half a tank but they still charge me 40$ for 6 gallons of gas also we would recommend to never return a one-way to this location as they have very limited parking and if you park the returned truck in a slightly wrong position they will charge you an extra 100$ when you call them to go over this they will just blow you off and give you a number for a manager who will never answer the phone and definitely will never call you back
DAVID RThis guy canceled my reservation multiple times then sent me over a 100 miles to grab part of my reservation and when I got there they had know idea I was showing up. When I got back to sawtooth location the guy was completely incompetent and should be fired. What a joke! I want a refund
