On our way home, we blew a tire on the trailer. After a two plus hour wait, we were on the road again. About 3 hours or so later, we blew another tire on the trailer. Upon calling the contractor who was dispatched to fix the second blowout, we discovered the first contractor had installed the wrong offset wheel onto the trailer a few hours earlier. As a result, he ruined the tire he had put on and it would have blown eventually as it was rubbing badly on the trailer and had a groove worn into it from a bolt it was rubbing on. Overall we spent 4-5 hours waiting for roadside assistance, which we appreciated the assistance, but overall disappointed in the wrong tire being installed and the wait times. The second contractor had to drive 84 miles to get to us and we were on a major highway in Missouri. This isn't really the locations fault other than maybe they need to inspect the tires more regularly and replace as needed before they blow on the highway.

KENNETH LWhat's the point of a reservation if you UHaul can't meet them. Reserved a 10 ft truck to pick up at one location went to go check on it was told they had no trucks. All in all even though we got a truck our experience was not very good. Will have second thoughts about using UHaul again. RESPECT THE RESERVATION or don't offer it

Brittnea BIt is unfortunate that when you pick up a rental truck that there is only 1/4 tank of gas in the tank. Most people who rent a truck use it for more than a little move, which requires more than 1/4 tank of gas. And why is there no reward for bringing a truck back early. It seems to me that no matter what, the customer loses money for a simple service, to which no one even did anything as it was all done online. Very disappointing!
