I experienced many problems with this rental experience. First, they cancelled my initial reservation without my knowledge. Then when I told them to reinstate it, I went to the location and while I knew it was closed ahead of time, I had been told it would be available for 24/7 pickup at that location which was untrue. Two sheriffs were called to the location where I was trying to pick up the vehicle which caused myself, my wife, and my friend who was with us a great deal of stress and anxiety. Then we were told that the truck was not ready and that we'd need to wait another day, even though I had driven over 350 miles to get to this location and was time strapped. This was a pretty horrible experience and I was really displeased by the unprofessional nature of this transaction and their lack of communication and coordination overall.

The location was great and at the beginning the staff at the main location (Patriot Rentals) was super helpful in getting me what I needed for the start. Afterwards though I was deemed a "red flag" and was denied other things needed to complete the taste at hand which made the whole thing less appealing and frustrating, I wouldn't recommend anyone work with the owner of the building if he can make accusations so loosely. I understand being taken advantage of prior but not everyone is out to get you. In the end I did exactly as instructed and luckily some of the more helpful people in the town were able to help me out with what I needed but I guess I'm just a "red flag" or whatever excuse was needed to deny me. Would rent online solely now as I wouldn't recommend anyone work with the patriot rental spot.
Drew MI was told I could drop off anywhere. Apparently this is not true. They made the change for me that should have been done at the pick up location. Thank you for your help.
CYNTHIA TI requested haul helpers on 2 occasionsI only received one helper which severlylimited my move. I had my family crew all lined out ready to go. Haul is the one that didn't show up. Very disappointed.
