The additional rental items that I ordered (moving pads and furniture dolly) were not supplied. I noted this in the app when picking up but was kicked out of the app before I could submit pictures. As there was nobody on site at the time of pick up, I had to go to another location to rent items from them instead. They could not confirm this part of my reservation from their location as it now showed that the vehicle pick up was complete. Therefore I had to pay again to rent the items.
David OThe key was not in the key black box. Maybe require the customer to take a picture where they returned the key. Good thing someone was working in Scrap it Move it yard when I was trying to look for the keys. He said customers always drop the key off in the key drop box instead of the black key box. He was able to get the keys for me and saved the day. But the delay was about half hour.
John MI reserved a truck for 9 am. Location didn't open until 11. Was sent to another location. The online business took 45 min. By the time I returned with the truck, my helpers had been waiting over an hour. I will never use or recommend uhaul again.

Larry AGot charge $450 extra because u-haul changed my drop off address. I originally I requested drop off site at scrap move it and I did dropped it off at that location but did not realized u-haul change the location for no reason anf I missed that email charging me $450 which is I felt scammed.
Bryan LI was told I could tow my trailer with the largest Uhaul. I called and confirmed it and told them It was a 15,000lbs trailer with a 7pin connector. I told them I'd be flying to Edmonton and renting a truck out there once I confirm the flight. I called back after booking the airline tickets and then I was told the truck couldn't tow my trailer. I rented a smaller truck (20') and I lost out $303.00 as the air line wouldn't refund my tickets. I rented a truck from Enterprise and drove out to Edmonton, pickup my trailer and my wife drove the uhaul back. It's unfortunate that I was told I could tow my trailer and lost $303
Lori HGood service. Attendant met us there at the scheduled time.
Rick FThe place is muddy
aggripa wPick up equipment of one way long distance rentals should always be from a main rental location. The small locations should only be for in town. It is a very big risk sending poorly maintained equipment out of town.
