this location is an add on to a convenience store with one employee who had to book trailer and wait on customers. I had to hook up trailer with no help and i am 83 years old and have a bad back. The employee was nice, but the facility was not set up to handle your business.

There was no one there to help. But the gas station attendant was very nice and took down my information for the U-Haul person. I had to unhook and place the trailer myself.
