The uhaul truck was nasty and smelled and gas wasn’t where they said it was nor could you understand any thing they said . Then you pay amd they give you keys don’t come check there uhaul truck or any thing then when we turn it in we’re billed the next day for something we didn’t do in the first place I’d never recommend uhaul to no one ever .and me being charge for no reason days later just is uncalled for .
Dustin MIt is a very tight space and for trucks over 15ft it is difficult to get out and navigate.
Noah HThis was hands down the worst experience. The morning of our pickup, we were sent to 3 different locations spending over two hours driving around just to pickup the truck. As soon as we got to the destination and pulled up the app, there was a new address updated for pickup. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone.
Kathleen HThis location accepts U-Haul check-ins but is not really a U-Haul service point, which caused me some confusion at first. Sebrin simply holds the truck key and calls a U-Haul employee to examine, check in, and drive away the vehicle. Given that, the Sebrin people did their job well.

Riley CI was suppose to pick the truck up at a closer location, i called twice to confirm then UHaul changed the location for pick up at a further location , when i went to pick it up the service person had a hard time up loading my information even though my information was all ready loaded.. the truck only had a quarter tank of gas ,cab was dirty ,and the drivers door didn”t close all the way. I hope i never have to use UHAUL again.

Wayne pEquipment not assigned to my rental when I arrived. Had to wait over 20 mins to get my truck. Key wasnt even in key box. All this made the process longer
Angel RWebpage kept booting me off. After the 5th try of putting my info in which is a lot it finally went thru. Same thing with bringing it back. I was also very overcharged and was supposed to have a call back yesterday about this. No ise in having a 1800 number noone ever picks up
