Equipment not assigned to my rental when I arrived. Had to wait over 20 mins to get my truck. Key wasnt even in key box. All this made the process longer
Angel R.Webpage kept booting me off. After the 5th try of putting my info in which is a lot it finally went thru. Same thing with bringing it back. I was also very overcharged and was supposed to have a call back yesterday about this. No ise in having a 1800 number noone ever picks up
