All four of of the women I interacted with at this location were fantastic to interact with and exceptionally friendly/knowledgeable. Your website/app is terrible and not intuitive. Why list an option for 'returning the vehicle', if it is not a customer-side option? Clicking on the link from within my account allows me to access the option. Uploading photos doesn't function as it should, and clicking the hyperlink sends the user to a page where all options are inaccessible. Why provide a function for the process if it isn't intended to be used by customers? Regardless, 10/10 experience with the staff.

Susie MThe truck was extremely out-dated. Also, the truck was given to me with absolutely no gas in the tank. The storage unit itself, where we picked the truck up, was frustrating. The truck pick up was scheduled from 10:30am however we could not find the employee until 11am. Then, the check out process took an additional hour as the internet was not working and made the process even more challenging. Overall, I would not recommend this location or UHAUL for that matter. UHAUL is too expensive for me to drive an old truck from 1990 on E.
