This location needs to be able to service customers. I had to leave this location & go to another location to reserve a truck. Then go back to the original location to pick it up. Once there I had to download your app & complete the various steps 3 times before I could pick up the truck. This is the job of a UHaul representative. I should be compensated. It took to long & cost more than I wanted to spend! I understand replacing the gas used but paying for mileage on top of the rental fee, insurance, environmental fee, & tax. I will never use UHaul again!!!!!

Customer service was great. Unfortunately there was glass and screws and nails in the back of the 26’ when I picked it up. Had to use a leaf blower to get it all out. Was also unfortunate that scheduling couldn’t get me the 6x12’ trailer I needed to go along with the 26’. Despite having the reservation in place for over two months.

I believe that uhaul should verify the qualifications of the movers they offer their customers. I don’t even have the energy to describe my experience. NEVER MOVE WITH “MILITARY MOVERS”, LOCATED IN LEWISVILLE OR GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Ordered a dolly with my rental. It wasn't on the truck. I even reported it and was still charged for the dolly
