CHRISTOPHER BBad service from beginning to end. Upchatged me telling me I HAD to have a bigger vehicle when I did not. Also added the 15 dollar insurance I wouldn’t have got with the 8 foot truck. They must work off commission. I tried to complete through the app but had to call and that’s when I got up charged. Be careful.

Stewart LI only need a dolly for 24 hours they may be rented for 48 hours because they was not going to be in the office. It took them almost an hour to figure out how to read me a dolly in about 15 to 20 minutes to return.

Kara COne of the Reps was a little rude. But the location delivery space was just a side walk. Trying to park from a 2 lane road was very difficult, tying up traffic in both directions.

ROGER PI thought a discount of $24 was to be applied if I dropped the truck off in Hamilton,OH rather than Fairfield, OH, which was our destination. Decided to drive 5 miles out further for the drop off for the discount but not applied to our final bill. Not sure where to call for this. Please help

Janell HWhen arriving to pick up the truck I had on reservation I was charged 200 dollars more than I was quoted for no reason behind why. The lady stated there was nothing she could do and I would have to call the one eight hundred number in order to get a refund for the amount quoted. So I called multiple times within 48 hours from picking up the truck and was unable to speak with anyone. I am still waiting for a email from corporate.
Adam CI was ripped off for an extra day rental. They said I picked up at 10AM cdropped off at 10:30AM. It was after 10AM for the pick up but before 10:30AM. I dropped off after 10AM but before 10:30AM and had to wait for the office to reopen to turn in keys because employee was in the storage area tending to something.. I called about the extra days charge and was basically told it was after 24 hours so another days charge. We are talking about minutes and they charge me an extra day. I will never use Uhaul again if thats how they run their business!
GORDON CWhen booking on the uhaul website let the customer know how long the truck is going to be theirs for. I did not know that my rental was for a specific amount of time until after i picked up the vehicle. Previously when i rented it allowed me to select an amount of time and this time it did not.

Pamela DThere is no option on the app to let you know that the truck was dirty when returned because it was dirty when we received it. When I tried to notify U-Haul that the truck was dirty it wanted to charge me $25 cleaning fee which was not acceptable so I had to go back and say it was clean. The process was not much more efficient and I won’t use that location again.

Awah SThe contracted locations that are suppose to be more convenient are a joke. Keys not in lock box or given wrong codes. For us we were given no drop off address! Had to make several phone calls, talk to 4 people at customer service to get location
