I ordered a 20’ truck & all my locations had was a 26’. Where we were moving from we can’t get a big truck in. So I had to pick one up in Oklahoma. They didn’t have my appliance dolly so had to pick one up in Gentry Arkansas. Very unorganized to say the least. I made reservations 2 weeks before to make sure I had the right truck.

I had a motorcycle flat tire in Siloam Springs AR/Watts OK (on the border). Unfortunately, I found that this community did not have a motorcycle tire shop available. Progressive insurance roadside assistance was anything but helpful (FYI). I was 70 miles from destination of Tulsa and fortunately I had someone driving a half hour behind me. I was able to find a Uhaul motorcycle trailer but this location made me return the unit within 24 hours even though it said "One Way or In Town" on the trailer. They told me they keep that trailer on hand which was inconvenient and added cost but at least I was able to get to my destination.....

Our customer service representative was the absolute best and did everything to help us with our reservation, have 0 complaints against him. However, being told I would be charged $50 flat rate for the issues with our reservation and then seeing 3 charges, one for $50, one for $53, and one for over $70 was highly disappointing and due to that I will not recommend U-Haul and I will not be using U-Haul again. Big thanks to our representative, wish I got his name

Besides the truck not being drivable between 60 to 68 miles per hour because the tires were out of balance I was charged excessive fees that should not have applied such as for something missing or damaged, nothing was missing or damaged, plus a $50 cleaning fee. The truck was cleaner than when I received it. RIP OFF!

Secure mini storage did a great job, in fact nearly all the truck rental places are great. When corporate gets in the mix it all goes to hell! Why would you wait until the last minute to deny a customer if they have an outstanding bill and then charge so much to right the situation? Also if the storage place wears the uhaul badge it should be connected to Uhaul all together. I ended up paying nearly $1200 dollars to rent a truck for a 222 mile trip. That is outrageous! I DO NOT SEE myself using Uhaul for storage or transport any time soon or ever again.

Your people are extremely helpful and trucks are really clean and maintained this is the second time I have dealt with this company and there are closer places but the people and the professionalism of their staff keep me coming back and would recommend them to anyone with hesitation

Fairly easy drop-off. Personnel not present due to it being Sunday. No problems once I was able to locate the key drop box. It isn't near the office door or even near the office. It is attached to a signpost near the driveway entrance.

Have trucks that do not break down in the beginning middle and end of a long move from arkansas to california. Perhaps compensate me for the extra night at a hotel in Oklahoma while your mechanic spends hours getting to me and fixing your truck. perhaps have air that works even in the desert. I called corporate office to get a refund form the hotel in the sum of $189 and have yet to even get a return call. I sue people for a living. I own a legal firm and am thinking of filing litigation for much more than $189 if I do not get a call.

The price is $65 if i rented locally, but $165 for one way. It only 80 miles. Seems kinda steep. Otherwise perfect. Thanks

Wow!! I can’t say enough good things about this lady. Great customer service and went way above and beyond to help me. I was in a very tough spot with my husband ending up in ICU at Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville Arkansas and no way to unload the truck because we couldn’t close on our home due to his emergency hospitalization. Thank you U-Haul for caring and helping me. I am forever grateful.

The experience with this place was the opposite. I received a call from the store in West Siloam Springs, OK saying we didn’t drop the key when it was returned around 2:15 am that morning. She threatened to charge me $100 if we didn’t return it (which, of course we did not have because it had been dropped In the key drop). After dealing with that for about an hour, she called back and said they ‘figured it out’ (her words) and I didn’t need to worry. Someone else had emptied the box the key was dropped in and had taken the key off site earlier.

Post screen shots of rental vehicle odometer reading, hold agents accountable for incorrect ‘beginning/ending mileage keyed into your current system in error.. providing your rental agents and rental customers an accessible online portal where a mileage image is available in order to help your customers feel as though they’re not getting slighted bu incorrect mileage being charged. Also, it would be extremely productive and advantageous for both parties to be able to manage (agents) and customers to report and see previous reported dings, dents and accidents on the rental…. Would prevent unnecessary, unfortunately the little stickers placed on such tend to degrade…. transparency in each step of the rental process and ease of communication is what will continue to keep me going back to uhaul verses Penske. Further, in today’s snap convenience of sendi BFF and receiving money, there should be absolutely no reason for any company to continue to hold ‘open charges’ on our bank cards for more than a day - rather than a week after rental was returned. I would like to see the fee schedule return to similar ones in the past, which were structured to be a little more cost effective for in town rentals. Thanks!

Renee was helpful and accommodating and apologized for the condition of the vehicle and damage, even though it was rented at a different location. She reviewed the photos I uploaded and I also sent her the additional pictures (the app only allows one picture to be uploaded) of the damage to be included in the record.

It wasn't the closest place to drop off the U-Haul and it wasn't the one that was supposed to be in my contract. I had to drive into another state over 35 miles to return the U-Haul! I was supposed to be able to return it to the closest uhaul dealer but I tried to do that and the system wouldn't allow her to take my return! This is BS at the highest level of stupidity!

Pictures on app show truck fuel was close to 7/8 but bad internet so I couldn’t finish online check in. I was then billed for 2 gallons @ $8.05. It’s not the money it’s the fact that I was required to return 3/4 or more and it was more than 3/4 full. I stopped at gas station less than 2 miles from drop off.
