Good experience. Ran into issues with the app giving me the code for the truck during mobile check in. Even though my reservation was for 7:00 am the system showed it as 10:30. Once I called U-Haul customer service from the location they changed it on their end and I was easily able to get the code and pick up the truck.

Timothy SI wasn’t able to drop off my key in the lock box because the gate to the property was closed and I didn’t have a code to get in the gate and park my truck in the designated parking area. Therefore I had to drive back in the morning and get it done when the gate was open.

Jorge SThe person that was in charge of this location on August 24, 2024 left the office during office hours with no one in there for over 30 minutes at around 4:30 pm. 3 customers returning the trucks and waited. The person was rude and condescending and did not apologize.

Daniel RAs a customer I was made to feel as if the only value I had to them was monetary. I was called a liar. The matter was handled by uhaul after I phoned customer service. Despite this one locations actions I will still continue to use uhaul and recommend them to friends and family. However, I will never recommend this location anytime I hear the word uhaul.
