I rented the truck for 2 hours and drove 11 miles and am being charged for 30 miles.
Maneesh JThe representative marked the fuel as quarter tank, but it was completely empty. He also did not clearly communicate that I should return it empty, which is difficult to do because I would be afraid of running out of gas. I ended up returning the truck with a full tank and having to call customer service to get a credit for a full tank of gas. The regional manager was able to do so after I sent her a copy of the gas receipt showing that I filled the tank as soon as I rented the truck.
JOSEPH Cno refrigerant in A/C system. Suggest they print a map of closest gas stations or offer it to people upon renting vehicle. not familiar with area, so I drove half an hour for miles and miles to find a station.

Patrick PTruck cab was pretty dirty and the truck itself was beat up. Suspension was thrashed, needed an alignment, door rolled poorly. Staff was great, office was organized.
Mike SPaper trash in the cab. Did not get a check out on features of the truck. Truck was running in Tow mode & I didnt know how to get out of it.

Steven LWhen I went to rent the truck it was good, opened the back someone spilled juice and it was sticky. Was never told about an after hours fee when I dropped it back off a few minutes after 6 pm, got the bill called the phone multiple times and got no answer but got a bill with extra fees. I’m fighting the charge and will never go to this location again! They don’t tell you information but charge you without calling to talk to you first!

DIEUDONNE SEngine light was on in dashboard, I spent $4.00 to add air in the rear driver side tire, tear suspension needs attention because there is none. The cabin smells awful. Customer service innthe office was great but equipment needs to be update and well maintaine

SCOTT LOverall, the truck was in good operating state, as expected. However, there was a very annoying air drift coming in on the left window. No matter how tight I rolled up the window, the air leak noise was felt throughout the whole trip. Not a safety issue, but it is quite disturbing to be driving will that constant air leak noise. This should be corrected

NITA MI was shorted 4 blankets, so I would recommend that they count out the moving blankets more carefully.

MARIA Dthe agent wasn’t very helpful, I made a online reservation pick up and drop off location at the same place and at pick up the drop off was changed and instead of the initially 4 hours reservation it was changed to a 1 day rental and charged for that. I’ll not accept it. Best

BILLY TCustomer service is horrible. They over charged me and when I asked for some explanations. All they kept saying was call Uhaul. They are treating Uhaul like something that is NOT their problem at all. Agent name is Quan. The guy is horrible. Last time I'm renting there.
ADJETE AMake more space where customers can park, give employees more co workers so they can have back up assistance when it gets busy and have more trucks readily available
LUIS LBroke my two furniture set and did not have courtesy to tell me. Came is 2 hr late, charge me extra hr. I. Even paid tip, never hire them again.
