See comment above. Reserved 15’ truck. Was assigned 10’ truck night before. Pickup location moved by 30 miles with no allowance made for mileage. Suggest a partial refund!!!
WALTER GNot clean enough inside the cargo, there’s dry mud inside and outside the stepping bumper and driver side.
Alfindo ASteven is the best customer I've received in 6 years. I have a moving business and rent trucks at least once a week. By far Steven has been the best. Great guy, great attitude. Thumbs up

Larry BI had a charge of $89 for a van that was supposed to be $20 plus .79/mile. At 160 miles. There was an u explainable charge of ninety which I had to pay since I needed this done, plus the mileage. And I was reassured by “John” that even if I returned it a little late since I was just going modesto to sac. and back I wouldn’t get the late fee. Which he did in fact charge me.
Shannon HI was charged insurance even though I had put I didn’t want it the lady said she couldn’t remove it even though I hadn’t taken possession of the truck Please remove the $15 fee for the insurance If not I’m sorry will never use your truck rentals again
Frank CIt was locked up to appear that it was closed, need big signs to help people who are bringing equipment or trucks back as to where to go. The road it is on is so busy and tight that it was hard to maneuver the truck to where it needed to go once we were told where to bring it. Also have the check in complete before the renter leaves. I was not aware the the blankets were just rented and needed to be returned, so have to make another trip back to return them. Thank you.

Reshma NThe people at this location were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They didn't give me a contract, they didn't tell me what i needed to do when i brought the uhaul back and they yelled at us for parking it in the spot that we picked it up from.

David BI requested a truck in Manteca. A rep called and said it wasn’t available and that I needed to drive 15 miles to pick up the truck. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just drive the truck over to my pick up location. Kind of strange.
Joseph MI was charged more money over 70.00 when I dropped off the uhaul without an explanation. I want to know why and believe that this is an error and should be reimbursed.

John EYou can make sure that your independent contractors have the equipment and it be right. I wasn't using my toe Dolly for more than 38 miles I landed in Merced California and had to drive to madera way out in the country and nobody compensated me nobody compensated me for that toe Dolly it almost cut the tire in half it was the worst toad Dolly ever
