JEFFREY SThe 6 x 12 trailer needs a tongue / hitch jack so the trailer. When I backed into the driveway my pickup truck stuck halfway into the street. :(

ben gNeed to look at you equipment for the car Dollie’s would not stay hitched when moving a vehicle on to the dollie while it was hitched to the truck it would just pop off the ball hitch. Even after taking the car of and re-hitching the dollie and attempting to pull the car back on the the dollie, would pop of the ball hitch again. So didn’t even get to use the equipment we rented or the new hitch we bought from your location.

Julie RI rented this trailer to haul all of my family's luggage and supplies for a week-long vacation. We drove through some rain on our initial trip to our destination. I was upset to find out that everything in the trailer was wet to some extent we when arrived. Some items were already molding! We had to deal with that upon arrival rather than settling in to enjoy ourselves. This is completely unacceptable IMO. What is the use of an enclosed trailer if it leaks like a sieve. Sorry to say, I will probably NEVER rent another anything from U-haul. The folks who rented the trailer to me were great and helpful with acquiring it, but they wanted nothing to do with helping me recoup anything due to the mishap. I was told I had to contact U-haul and do it myself! Look for my incoming email!

MICHAEL Thad the worst experience of my life and i am 58 years old i was put on hold for 2 hours when i called about dropping off the truck finally i hung up and that was corparate the people are rude and treat you like crap i will never use them again

Harley PThe UHaul registration system and the UHaul app was horrible. The pick up store had to use a phone, both internet and calling, AND finally an IPad to find the registration. We waited over an hour to get the trailer, and when trying to return it through the app, the app froze and could not find our location, even though when I went to the location screen it found me.

Michael BWe were scheduled for 24/7 pick up and we’re instructed to go to the site early to get our truck. When we got there the location never set us up for 24/7 and we had to wait for the location to open.
Thomas Bmnot used to hooking up my u haul myself. Also the chains were way too long and dragged continuously even after twisting as tightly as they would go. It rattled the whole time. Nothing wrong that I could see but it was awful
Diane DYour customer representative was rude n not helpful, when informed no I can’t back up trailer she proceeded to comment”how were u able to drive it? I informed her backing up not needed during trip!!!

Sean HI rented a tow dolly from the pigeon self serve lumber yard. The tie down ratchet straps were ceased up tight. When I got to my destination point, that is when I found out then I had to go find a auto store in their city to buy wd-40 to fix your equipment. I should get my money back because of a lack of maintenance. Any other questions I'm Tony my number is 5179309922
