I did find the mobile pickup a little frustrating. I had just rented a truck a month ago so my information should of been saved. Instead it took 20 mins and several phone calls at the last minute to get it done. I understand that your not renting bowling shoes. It timed out 3 times during also, which was aggravating . I'm surprised how much the rates have increased since I rented trucks back in late 2019. Don't get wrong, I couldn't have moved what I had without a truck but I had sticker shock when I saw the rental.Greg S.

The place was easy enough to find. The building and truck was clean and easy enough to figure out what to do. I just felt like I was out of place. It was like ok get the truck and go do whatever it is you have to do so I can do what I have to do. They weren't rude but not friendly either.John P.

No one checked the tires and we had a blowout in Iowa. There were not service people available after multiple calls....finally someone come over 4 hours later. Customer service was horrible. We ended up spending money on an extra night hotel because of the delay It was a bad truck without proper maintenence.Mary N.
I did not feel comfortable at this location at all. Not only was nobody but the manager wearing a mask (customers included), but they did not show me the truck at all, tell me anything about it, or if even remove the large cardboard ad from the windshield. They just gave me the key, talked about the gas and turned around to go on with their day. I was never greeted either time I walked into the store, as if I was inconveniencing them. Nor was I thanked for my business or anything else, for that matter. It is obvious that this is not an inclusive town, but in 2020, you expect a bit less obvious racism from a business establishment.Brionna S.

30 mile allowed mileage is pretty low, I used that up driving from the pick up location to where I was moving from, therefore I was being charged mileage before I even started moving. For the total cost I could have just hired movers.Patrick W.

Very disappointing that I rented moving pads along with a trailer only to arrive and find out that they did not have any. I would have expected a phone call or something the day before telling me that they would not have any but yet I received nothing. When I arrived they were very busy so I had to wait longer than expected. Then I had to go out of my way to a different location to pick up the moving pads. While I will say that the manager at the facility was very nice to work with it was just very frustrating that I was not notified ahead of time so I could have made other arrangements.Jennifer L.

First when I arrived I had to wait 45min till I was able to even go out and look at the trailer then once we went out to connect the trailer they guy couldn't even lift the trailer so I had to help him and it was very heavy then I was told to click on the link that they txted me so I could take pics of the trailer but I only had 15 min to do that and I couldn't even open the link it kept saying the server was not responding. after hooking up the trailer he just left and had to go and help some other people and had this younger kids checking the lights to make sure they all worked and he said all was good that when I finished taking my pictures I was all set to go well while taking pictures of the trailer I opened it up and there was still stuff left in the trailer! After I left and used the trailer I came back to drop it off and the same manager bob was there and no one else to help him get the trailer off so again I had to help him bc he couldn't get it I don't think that's right to have your customers have to lift a trailer and I also don't think it's a good thing to have a manager swearing about a company and saying that he hates going to another location that has U-Haul and he would rather be anywhere else and he also said that he worked at a location his location but they use Penske and he likes them way more and that he's told them they could get more business if they got trailers bc there are so many issues with U-Haul. I understand people have pros and cons of places but when you working for one you don't go off to customers bad mouthing them saying how horrible they are that's not ok! I'm sorry this is so long but someone needed to know what happened!Amber C.

The truck had a dent in the side that the guy tried blaming on us. He recorded the wrong start milage and charged us for 20 extra miles and tried charging me for an extra day when I only had it for 24 hours and it was reserved for 24 hours. He never did an inspection on the truck with us in the beginning then tried saying we damaged the truck. Worst experience with uhaul ever!Fredrick E.
Only issue is it appears your software is not friendly. Brian was excellent but saw experienced his frustration. Took him about 45 minutes to get me through. Experienced similar frustration about ten days earlier in Oxford location, but not quite as bad. Seemed to be a software issue with my towing vehicle which is just an 04 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado. That vehicle should just prefill...John M.
