Employee was rude. We had an issue with the vehicle check engine light was on and we could not access the rear of the vehicle to load due to not being able to unlock the lock. It had 2 locks on the back gate and we were only able to unlock one of them. We had to return the vehicle and was not able to get another one. I did speak with a manager or supervisor and he said he was going to closeout the truck rental, he was very helpful. The young lady at 2390 Claude Brewer Rd was very rude. We also filled the tank with $30 gas and was supposed to be reimbursed. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

TROY WThere was no step on the drivers side of the truck and I had to slide backwards. When I did, I cut up my shin pretty badly. When I took the truck back in, the attendant said it would have to be taken out of commission to get one put on.
