MICHAEL MThis was the girls first day on job. No training at all. Didn’t have supplies I ordered. Was sent to two other places that had some of the supplies. Finally had to buy a dolly they said they had but did NOT. Truck drove well and looked fine. Ordeal took 3 hours to get everything 😕

Jacob MThe location for pickup and drop off was perfect and the staff was very helpful. However, the UHaul app crashed every time I had to upload a picture for the checking out process, and then even worse as I was unloading the truck I found a nest of rats living in the bed. But God forbid the fuel gauge dip below full!

So, I called U-haul regarding this matter. They were very courteous & helpful, in dealing with my situation. Overall, my experience with renting from U-haul was a positive one. Kelly TI waited for over an hour because the minoring don’t know how to check me in. When i finally got the haul opened, it was covered in dried mud and leaves. I reserved an appliance dolly but when i got there all that was there was a small normal dolly. When the kid went to open up the box for the keys, there was no key. The local area director was called to help, which elongated the wait. When he arrived he agreed that the inside of the truck was unacceptable and had to try and mop some mud out. The kid finally came out a bit later and said he found the key hidden away somewhere inside. Overall, the pick up was an absolute mess. The truck itself was fine, and the area director helped make it right by discounting my price, which i appreciate, but still was a frustrating pick up experience.
Benji COverall rating for U-Haul is a 2 out of 10. Danielsville location was unhelpful, rating of 1 out of 10. Crazy Ray's self storage gets an 11 out of 10. Self Storage Monroe gets an 8 out of 10. Will use contact form to give detailed reason for ratings.
David NAttendant was not familiar with handling UHaul renters. Pick up took well over an hour with several phone consultations…… The young man did his best to finally arrange the pick up.
