I dropped off the U-Haul truck and was contacted 8 days later stating I would be charged a fee for never returning the truck. The place never processed my return of the truck but continued to lend it out to people. BAD BUSINESS. I also brought the gas back at a half a tank and they charged me for gas as they said it was nearer to a quarter tank. Something smells over here at this U-Haul. Also when I went to pick up the truck there was no line and I still had to wait 45 minutes as the woman didn’t know how to use the system and was trying to figure it out. I’m not usually this customer but this entire experience was bad business and safe to say I won’t be returning to U-Haul for any business unless something changes…

Daniel C | Overall ExperienceGo somewhere else. Location only has one key code box for mobile pickup and returns with multiple trucks. I had a 8:30 pickup time and the app would not provide me with a key code. I had to wait until someone showed up at office to get keys to truck. Office opened at 9. No one showed up until 9:20. Didn't leave the lot with truck until 9:35 so I lost an hour just waiting for someone to show.

Lawrence S | Overall ExperienceThe location was not maintained well and full of mice. Mouse droppings everywhere. I did not see any upkeep or maintenance of rodent control while at this facility. We actually vacated 2 storage units due to this fact. Plowing in winter would push ice in front of doors and you would physically have to hammer the ice away to access your unit. Garage in front would have multiple cars parked there making access difficult at times and leave the gate open during business hours. Access to facility is through a beer distributor parking lot. Once behind that, you have to drive through potholes that will swallow a car. Once again, no maintenance on the property. There are better locations elsewhere. Do not use for anything you value. Cost me time and money renting another uhaul truck and moving twice.

Michael MHave employee trained to use the uhaul system, don't charge me for 3 gallons of gas when I only drove 9 miles in total and put 2 gallons of gas in truck before returning it. Don't put a hold on my bank account and not release the hold when charging the card and over draft my bank account. These are never issues I've had before
