Wouldn't use the app check in . Didn't work ended up wasting another hour trying to check the truck out. Lable key drop box. Wasnt sure where to leave it checking out. So placed it in a locked mail box
william bNothing to do with the location. Vehicle was clean and easy back out/pull in. The U-Haul app was a giant pain. I’m still not sure if I completed the in-app return process. The app crashed several times before my return went away, nearly 30 minutes after first attempt. For this reason I do not recommend renting when the U-Haul store is closed.

Brandon CFind a different location to rent your truck. Using the app to secure your rental is terrible, stopped by the day before I rented the vehicle and spoke to the manager of the facility to ensure the truck was available the next day. The manager failed to tell me that nobody is there on Wednesdays and lead me to believe he would be there to check me in. Nothing but a LIAR! Got there, no body around, went on Uhaul app to pickup the truck, U haul app gave me a code to open a lock box to get the key, only problem was there was no key lock box to be found, after several calls to U Haul finally told there was a combination lock on rear door lock and the key was inside the box. After 10 minutes of trying the combination on this lock, finally got it to unlock. The lock was a piece of “s~~t” and should have been replaced. After returning the truck, could not lock the key in the box of the truck because the combination lock would not lock. Left the key and lock in a locked mailbox outside of this facility. Very frustrating and U Haul should really do a better job with there vendors!
