Dipesh AThe person working at the place didn’t show up at the time I reached there. I had to call him and he answered 10 minutes later and didn’t even bother to check if I had uploaded my ID. Poor management!
Zainuddin AThey supposed to make sure that all the equipment that we ordered is ready by that time or already should be reserved it in the truck. That is what other locations do except this location. I had to pick up the truck in one place and the equipment in the other place, which is took so longer for us to make the move. Or else they could have suggested the location that we can pick up everything together.

AMIR MTook over an hour to get a truck, workers were dismissive and didn’t care . Had to go to 2 locations and had to pay twice etc. never again
Adam WUnfortunately, my experience was not as expected. I was charged extra for damages that I was not responsible for, without any supporting evidence. It’s disappointing when transparency and fairness are not prioritized. I hope future clients receive a more professional and ethical experience

Leonardo RI have filled the whole tank of gas when returning and when I am returning the vehicle, the location maintainance is too poor and they haven’t cleaned the snow and I cannot able to park the car. I tried for 20 minutes to park for car and it had struck in the way and because of that, the level is reduced and they charged 11$ for that. The service is too bad and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone about this location.

Adil MService needs to have opening hours where you do not have to wait for people to arrive to open a locked gate. Don't want to rent uhaul from a towing company. If I had a choice I would not of. I booked elsewhere and the person did not return the truck for my scheduled time. The entire day was frustrating. U Haul should just rent truck out for 1/2 day ,full day at the end of.the month to avoid these situations. I had rented for 3:00 o'clock and could not get a truck until almost 5. I had to race to 2 storage placed before 6 to close out 1 contract and open a new one. I had to pay more mileage.as the rental place I was sent to was further. I got no compensation for my time and frustration. I.must say the lady at the towing company was calm and understood the frustrating situation but offered no compensation.
George PGate was locked on arrival called uhaul with no answer other than being put on hold had to call the location to get a gate code that uhal didn't know about wasting my time.
