This whole experience has been negative. I booked the truck on June 13, 2026. I received a text on June 26, 2026 saying that I would get a phone call by 5 PM that day to verify my location for pick up. I requested to pick up in Natchitoches, Louisiana. I did not receive a phone call so I drove from Alexandria, Louisiana to Natchitoches, Louisiana to find out they did not have my truck. The person in the Natchitoches location was extremely helpful and friendly and she found where my reservation was. It was in Leesville, which is another hour in the opposite direction. I drove from Natchitoches to Leesville to find out this location is a 24/7 location. There is no live person there. I had yet to receive instruction on how to pick up a truck at a 24/7 location. This pick up is a funeral home but luckily there was a number on the window. I called the number and again this person was extremely helpful and guided me on how to pick up the truck. I then had to drive from Leesville back to Natchitoches to load my belongings. From there, I had to drive to Pineville to load more belongings. And finally to my final destination in Woodworth, Louisiana. The truck then had to be returned to Alexandria. The only miles allowed were from the pick up location to the drop off location. U-Haul does not allow for the fact that you are actually driving somewhere to pick up belongings and load them? I paid over $200 to rent this truck. Why did it cost so much? Why did I pay extra miles? U-Haul should allow that when you rent a truck you are going to be driving somewhere to load belongings. Perhaps that question should be asked in the rental process so you could have all the fees upfront. There’s no other option besides U-Haul so I guess they can do what they want when people need to move.

It was hard to find and its a funeral home.

Actual employee to sign trailer out was not present. Did it over the phone before rushing to an appointment 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time before I even arrived.. Forged my signature on the contract as she was not present when she signed it out to me. She had a friend there help me hook the trailer up who has no knowledge of anything to do with the trailer. The license plate was damaged with half missing, they did not know what to do and told me to take the trailer anyway risking a ticket. Would not recommend.

My estimate changed by over a hundred dollars and then they charged me for gas when I returned it there was more gas in it than there was when I dropped it off.

The Semien’s were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Only wish they had more inventory to choose from.. But they will be my go to for future needs.

There was no dropoff box. Couldn't get a hold of anyone who could actually help. Reviews on y'all's website and internet said location instructed them to leave keys in back of truck. I find it very hard to believe uhaul would be happy about the keys of their trucks being left in the back. I also love how there is no option to review uhaul over all!

My daughter was at the location for over an hour trying to get the trailer off of her vehicle by herself. Lucky I tracked somebody down at the funeral home to help her out. Someone from Uhaul should be at every location for customer service. Then the following day I get an email that said drop off was late. We are early and at correct location. Once again SOMEONE FROM U-HAUL should take care of their customers from start to finish!! Very disappointed

The person wasn’t there to help me complete the inspection or check in and was trying to do it while driving her car. The phone number didn’t work so I had to look on Google maps and called the funeral home number to get a hold of her. It took a long time and was frustrating. My boyfriend ended up having to cancel a doctors appointment because of how long it took (45 minutes pickup time).

On line said they opened at 8:30, was there then had to call on phone lady told me to put key in back of truck she said they weren’t opened
