Truck was a bit old and although clean ran a bit odd as the check engine light came on and stayed on about a third of my drive.

I was charged $25 for cleaning when i left the truck clean, in perfect shape and more fuel then i received it with. I am not happy!!
Robert BI picked-up the truck using my phone app when the business was closed. When using a phone app to obtain the truck, customers should be advised that they may need 2 forms of identification. I had to drive 4 miles back to my house to retrieve my passport.

steven DWhen someone requests a rental at a specific location, make sure that is the exact location where they pick up the rental. Located 20 minutes away from my home then had difficulties even getting into the truck. Having a location that is manned is much easier. I was not happy overall with this experience.
Chritopher GMy reasons for not recommending. Charged me lots for one or two gallons of gas ...lots Also charged me a cleaning fee. Truck was spotless, I even folded the dozen furniture pads I rented. Did they perhaps throw out my empty water bottle? I Spent over a thousand dollars on this rental truck. They decide to get more money 💰 from me on this end?? Unfair !

Scott EWas billed for toll expenses on a previous rental even though I explained that I used my sun pass from my normal vehicle. Got no reply but when I needed to rent again I was billed without being told. Great communication UHAUL!
Derek GComputer was down and even though I had it all set up before I arrived, Uhaul claimed my license was invalid and wouldn’t allow me to proceed even though all was up to date and correct. Wasted about 30-40 minutes just with that.

Kyle GDespite ordering furniture pads,, when I arrived at the Seminole Garage they informed me they don’t have the items that I purchased. They also told me they couldn’t remove it from my bill. Upon returning the truck I noted in the email to remove the cost of the furniture pads that I didn’t receive and was charged anyways. Very poor customer service.

Laurie EI received an email that my equipment was not returned so I called the location and no one answered. I drove to the location and said it was not processed yet. I received the bill and was over charged. I rented for less than 6 hours and was charged for 2 days. Now I will have to have that corrected taking up more of my time.
Clinton KThe cup holders inside were disgusting and when we opened the back to start loading items, there was dirt and multiple small tree branches inside. So we had to open the blankets to lay down so our items didn’t get dirty. There’s a sign that states you’ll be charged $25 if you don’t clean up afterwards, so it didn’t look like the last renter or the facility actually cleaned it up.

KELI WWe rented an appliance dolly which they didn’t have when we picked up the truck (26 ft) so we had to drive around to multiple uhaul locations to pick one up. When we got it to the house we realized it didn’t roll!!! We also rented the truck for 4 days however on the internet it only said we rented it for 1 day. I called uhaul to clarify how many days we wanted and they told us to tell the people when we picked it up. When we picked it up we told the clerk and she said “oh that’s ok the mileage is the only thing we look at”. When we returned the truck the man told us we had to pay extra because we kept it 4 days!!!!!!! We told him we told multiple people we were keeping it for 4 days and he said there was nothing he could do because they never put it in the computer. We have always loved and used uhaul but we will be rethinking that the next time we need to rent a truck. We will also not recommend uhaul to anyone else.
H BThe uhaul truck sit in a low laying area of their parking lot. It had rained that day, and all the trucks were in 6+ inches of sitting water. No fun wading out to the truck, and having wet sneakers. Kinda scary drop off at night. I won't use this spot again.
Kelly JCheck in was a mess. They gave me the wrong truck. They charged me for the insurance which I specifically never selected. Then they never submitted my return so I had to spend over an hour on the phone with uhaul to get the location to check me in. All for a truck I had for about 2 hours. Also disappointed it takes over 30 minutes to talk to someone each time calling uhaul customer service. Just overall a very poor experience.

Michael SThis is not so much a review for this location as it is for I haul in general. I mad a reservation at one location and they changed it 3 times within 24 hours. This location was significantly farther than I had anticipated and I haul would not credit me any of those miles. I also wasn’t told that the location where I would finally pick up my vehicle would be self pick up. Thankfully I had internet service and was able to navigate my way through all of the hoops to pick up/return. Tips for better customer service: Communicate more clearly to your customers, make sure that each location has accurate and up to date inventory and if you must change a customers reservation several times because the inventory isn’t accurate, offer a mileage credit to make up for it. I think I’ll go with Penske or Enterprise when I move in 2 weeks.
Eric CI did not like this experience at all. Nothing to do with Seminole Garage or the truck. The online experience that I had to use when I went to pick up the truck was long and tedious and all the info and pictures etc that I had to process and submit for 20 mins before getting the lockbox access code should have been done when I did check in 2 days before. Totally ridiculous all the pics I had to take before and after and the amount of waiting time for approval. I will never rent again like this unless there is an agent on site when I need a truck. I would not recommend this online experience to anyone.

Audra hjust one recommendation. Fill up the gas tank it makes it easier when you return the truck and I know the tank has to be full. I picked up the truck with the gas tank 3/8 full. I returned it and to my opinion it was the same. But I got charged 29.75$ extra. This was the only part I didn't like.. everything else was fine. Please fix this thanks r.s.

Website to return wasn’t working, I had to download app, verify email, sign up for an account, etc. Uhaul should not have unmanned locations. Our prices certainly haven’t gone down, but customer service has. It took us 20 minutes to return a truck that is supposed to just be drop off.

Frederick SNot a very good experience. I did a phone online check-in. Directions for finding the key were incorrect. So I had to go inside and wait for 30 to get help. The owner was rude. Talked to me as if I was stupid. I tried to show him the directions I was given. He gave me the keys and told me to make sure and have it back by 1:00 pm for the next person, and walked away. My reservation was until 1:30.
Camellia HI requested to have the dolly, the people at the location forgot to put it in the back of the truck. I had to run around to different locations to find it. All that wasted time especially the time of the movers resulted in the extra cost. I would like to get a full refund at the very least!

Cynthia PWhile i appreciate vendor machine type rentals - I appreciated being able to speak to a real life person when I picked up the truck. I ordered and confirmed everything on the app but still needed to complete some quick paperwork when I got there - which was not a problem.grear service and easy location for where we live.
Pamela BThe location was fine, the big problem was we ordered a utility dolly and a furniture dolly and neither were supplied. It was just my wife and I doing this whole move because of COVID-19 and now we had to do it all with nothing to help. My wife's back was wrecked after this, and when I sent a message to UHaul regarding this saying not only should they take off the dolly's we didn't get but we shouldn't have to pay full price for everything else they ignored it and just charged our card (they at least took off the dolly's) and never even responded. Terrible customer service. If we ever need something like this again I can promise it won't be UHaul.

Peter MIt seems there is always an issue with the keys being in the wrong spot when I rent from here and last time I waited on hold for 45 min before someone could help but other than that it worked and I was able to move.
