The staff was extremely unorganized and unhelpful.

Jonathan BVery nice employee very nice and friendly .
RAYMOND MI was charged almost $200 dollars just for two days ... they tell you one price when you get the uhaul then the price goes up
Larosa MThis place was a nightmare. We arrived to pick up our truck (which was guaranteed at 4) and the truck was gone, not to be returned until 10 am the next morning. I then had to change hotel reservations and pay a cancellation fee for that night. When we arrived, the owner of the place was nowhere to be found (couldn’t be reached by two phone numbers given and nowhere on the property). We were very fortunate that Rodney (the Field Manager of U-Haul) happened to be there picking up some equipment. He processed our whole rental contract and was very helpful. Please do not rent your truck from this place!!
CHRISTOPHER LI was supposed to return the trailer to Damascus Ga. U Haul called and said that facility was closed until the end of November and would I mind returning it to Southern Irrigation in Colquitt Ga. Even though it was 25 miles out of the way for me to do that. When I got to Southern Irrigation they had moved and I call U Haul and they said they were at a location on North Highway 27. I drove to that location and nothing was there or anywhere close to there. I drove all over Colquitt and could not find a U Haul dealer so I then drove another 26 miles out of my way to return the trailer to Donalsonville. I will search every other company before using U Haul again because when I call about the company not being at the location I was told to go to in Colquitt the U Haul representative told me it was definitely there like I was living to him or stupid. COLQUITT Ga is a town of 3000 people and I think I can find a U Haul dealer if the location is visible. Thank you for your time. I realize no one cares if I rent again because U Haul is a big company and not caring about customers is the new standard for companies.
KENNETH SThe pickup facility was filthy and the wait was extremely long, I feared the truck breaking down on the side of the highway due to its poor maintenance. There was paperwork left in the truck from the previous renter, and I was charged an additional fee for someone else’s trash. Lastly, the gas was lower than what was documented on the paper, and I had to put more gas in just to make it to the first stop.
Qunta BThe price was ridiculous for a one way trip. It is a RIP off.
Susan GThis location was damaged in Hurricane Michael. It is a hotel and is under renovation, but still in operation. Easy to drop off and turn in key. Small, tight parking lot, however.
Jean WThe truck vibrated so bad going down the interstate that I was not sure if we would even make it. We were traveling at night and the head lights very extremely dim and made it very difficult to see.
Tiffany AClerk could not speak English. At all. I dropped him the key and hoped he knew what was going on.
Pamela TThe Seminole Inn in Donalsonville took forever (they were not busy at all, we were the only ones there). We were stuffed into a tiny little room about the size of a telephone booth with no air conditioning, the person processing the rental was not knowledgeable, we specifically refused and did not want blankets, but we had a pile of blankets in the truck, we got a different type dolly than what we reserved and needed.
Stephanie H(1) What good is a reservation when YOU call me the day before my pickup and say you can not meet your obligation. YOU then send me to a terrible place 42 miles round trip out of my way. This cost me 5 extra gallons of gas at $2,79 per gallon--$14.00. The people at the Seminole Inn lied. They said they had what I reserved but only had 12 pads and I was charged for 24. It took the agent OVER an hour to complete the paper work after arguing with me that I ordered a 20 foot truck but he was providing a 26' truck at a higher price than originally quoted on my reservation. After calling his customer represenative they finally got that part straight. The people at the Seminole Inn speak very bad broken English and was difficult to communicate with. I stood (no chairs provided) in a very small motel check-in room sweating my butt off because there was no A/C or ventilation in the room. YOUR represenative was on the other side of a glass enclosure in an A/C space. On my way to Bainbridge I stopped at the original U-Haul dealer and they provided me with additional pads. This experience with your company was awful and it not only cost me the original $14 in gas I previously mentioned but by having to drive a bigger truck than requested, it also cost me MUCH more in gas. It was 484 miles and it cost $210.00 in gas. A 20' truck which I had originally reserved would have been much less.
Michael MMove these trailers to Ace and let people who know and understand English handle the business. My trailer was an hour and a half late BC the guy "took the computer with him" to a Dr appointment. Really? Who does that? And then had me out there on the ground hooking up the trailer WITHOUT LEGS and the trailer should have had a jack on it, it weighed way too much. This was the 6x12 enclosed double axel trailer. It took him and my wife to finally hook it up and to unhook it. I don't care if I gotta go to Bainbridge next time, I will not do business with Seminole Inn.
