Provide a better explanation regarding the on Leone reservation. Where I picked it up they were unsure if I was going to get the trailer.

Place of business was dirty and cluttered. Service person was distracted by talking on the on the phone about personal matters ignoring customers. Service person had me sign papers without conducting a joint inspection of the trailer when I picked up the truck. I was also cancelled on twice and had to drive 30 minutes out of way the to pick up a truck bigger than I wanted. You should have the requested equipment at place reserved on the requested date. Why is it if I don't return the truck with the amount of gas in it I get charged but if I return it with more gas I don't get my money back or credit? U-Haul is doing a horrible job with customer service and taking reasonability for their companies actions.
The people that run this location are not welcoming and don't act interested at all in their customers. They did not go outside while we inspected the trailer or hook it up to our vehicle. There are much better locations to rent from than this one, but you would have to drive 20 to 30 minutes away.
Local representative was prompt, nice and helpful. I will come back.
The attendant was very helpful and extremely courteous! I have used your company for over 45 years all over the state and I would put this young man at the top of the list of operators that I have worked with. I would and will be highly recommending this U-HAUL location & I will be using them in the future!

We were cancelled on twice and had to drive 30 minutes out of way to pick up truck even though it was reserved 2-3 weeks prior. You could have the requested equipment at place reserved on requested date.
Very helpful; staff came out and checked trailer when returning and had paperwork ready.

We asked for a pickup near our house but when we got the email it was for a pickup place more than an hour away. Then when we got there the price was more than was quoted to me and when the manager called Uhaul to find out, they said no they would not help him. The manager himself honored my quote without Uhaul office assistance!! Poor service from Uhaul office.

Have more places that operate like the people at the Sems store location. Sems store and it's personnel were Excellent. Hard to improve on that!
Great customer service
Staff was polite but only one person was on duty and the location also operated as a convenience store and the clerk had to stop and deal with other customers. Fortunately I was not in a hurry and that worked out satisfactorily.
This location is a convenience store. Employees offered no assistance in hooking up trailer. Employees provided no instruction on how to hook up trailer. The employees were hard to understand and had a thick accent. Trailer came uncoupled on a busy freeway.
I turned the trailer in early and was told by Seems that I would be responsible for the trailer if anything happened to it until they could check it in the next morning. I called UHaul and they made a notation on my account that I had already turned it in. I probably won't be using this location again.
I reserved a vehicle for a price and then came to find out it was $50 more when I got to the location for pickup. The inside the vehicle had not been swept and the person I was speaking with had a serious language barrier. I would not recommend.

Personally, I had difficulty understanding the employee due to his accent. He was courteous, efficient, and thorough. He took care of us adequately. The location was a convenience store with several interruptions by other customers.
Made an after hours drop off, but received a prompt email the following morning indicating the trailer was received and checked in.
The drop off in Sinton Texas they are a family store an good people. Thank you !

Very rude and store smells. Calls but leaves no voicemail and very lazy. They give you paperwork and expect you to do everything. Barely speak english.

For a small-town operation, it was fine. One man - thankfully related to the owner - was knowledgeable and helpful, but had may other responsibilities. Overall, I got the trailer and all was well with its performance
Sinton location only had one person. He did try hard to help me. He was helpful to me with my lights.

Horrible truck. Air conditioning didn't work and it shook as I drove it. The door didn't latch properly and seat belt didn't work!!!! I want some kind of refund

When we arrived there we could not understand the lady in the convenient store. Once all the paper work was done, there was NO ONE there to help us attach the uhaul to my truck. The lady said her husband was off. Some ramdom guy walking by helped me get it attached. I will not use this place ever again. If and when I use Uhaul again I will be making sure there is someone there to hook it up for me first.

I find it interesting that UHAUL asks for reviews for their vendors of pick up and drop off locations; but no review for UHAUL company itself. So I'm writing my review here. but this is for my experience with UHAUL not pick up or drop off location. Uhaul promises a $50 refund if they can't get close to the location you requested. Well, I reserved a month in advance. Uhaul calls me the day before a HUGE whole-home move to inform me that I would heve to drive 45 miles South to pick up my 26 ft truck. The problems: A. I am alone. how in the world am I to get there. B. My move is 600 miles North. That's extra 90 miles of gas money that I don't have. So i called Uhaul. The promise: "OH WE'LL GIVE YOU AN EXTRA DAY FOR YOUR TROUBLE!" Really Uhaul?? Seriously?? I said no thank you. I want my $50 reimbursement as promised. They refused. 15 thumbs down UHAUL. You have no idea what trouble you put me through. Customer reps were rude and unwilling to help. I was promised a call back by a supervisor...that didn;t happen either. shocker. Turning them in to BBB for poor business practices and not living up to their promises. HOWEVER, problem doesn't end there. When I arrive to my destination, They made me take the UHAUL back to a location 20 miles from me. I found out later there is a UHAUL drop off 3 miles from my new home!!!! Unbelievable. Once again, that costs me more time and money in gas and finding someone to pick me up. This 100% Unacceptable business practice.
