I had to sweep out the cargo area. The interior was dirty. The truck hopped up and down on the freeway like it needed shocks (this may not be the locations fault).

It was a fast and courteous location, and the staff was really friendly.
BRENDA WHorrible customer service and horrible location, the trucks aren’t even on the premises and you’re responsible for parking it and fitting it on a main busy street after that they line them up on. The guy helping us over the phone for uhual was so helpful thru their site then dealing with the shady environment, finding the building in the back thru a bad area and then getting rude customers service from them while initially renting it for two days and returning it as well I will not be back to this location. I’d rather pay extra mileage to rent it from someone who can communicate without insulting and passive behavior. I’m a local 5 star business owner and I will be referring everyone away from this establishment because moving things is already stressful enough without a bad attitude and little to no help

Xander BThis location actually looks like a small used car junkyard. I selected this drop-off location because it seemed like the closest option, but I regret choosing this place and would absolutely never go back again and would never recommend it. We drove our U-Haul rental into the correct driveway- the driveway designated for this business- and were stopped and promptly told by the manager on site that they don't have anywhere to put the U-Haul trucks on their property, and told us we had to reverse the 10-ft truck into the busy main street and then park it on the complete other side of the main street (which was separated by a wide median divider and required a u-turn). There was absolutely no note or signage that gave any notice of this and it was incredibly inconvenient to drive to this location only to be told that you can't actually drive in or in front and you have to make this wild maneuver of backing a large moving truck into a busy main road and take it elsewhere. What's the point of it being a U-Haul drop-off location then? Never again. We discovered on our drive out that there's a much better U-Haul location nearby, which I will be using if/when I have to move again in the future.
Jenny WI was not given dolly's in my truck despite having rented them out and being charged the amount for them. I received a receipt today with the charges for the appliances still present, despite having messaged them to make sure I would get refunded. I also was charged an after-hours drop off fee because I dropped off the truck at 6:30pm.

William MUpdate website so there is no miscommunication on what time to check in. It let me do 8:30 pickup but got changed to 9 and my drop off time remained the same. Same price, no discount from time change. I paid for #of hours sooo. But I mean it got the job done.

The rental vehicles were parked on the street, and I had to park on the street, too, although it was difficult to find a spot and I circled the block a few times. I ended up parking on the other side of the busy street. I had trouble shutting the driver side door.

ANDREW PHorrible experience. The self check in didn’t work the place was closed and after being on the phone for 2 hours with 2 customer service reps I finally got the truck. I missed my windows for picking up furniture. The lock on the back was also horrible. It would not open unless you brute forced it at the exact location while shaking it. Like just replace the lock, it sucks. Overall horrible experience. I’m sad because I love using Uhaul and always recommended it to friends.

Uhaul over charged me - They charged me for an extra day even though I returned within 24 hours and they also charged me an after hours drop fee which was not disclosed. I called uhaul to discuss & the wait time was 40 minutes on hold. This location said they can't do anything about how uhaul handles things. Will not use Uhaul again

HEAVEN HImagine you have a drop off walking distance.to home. You go to that location and they say it is ok to return there. However your same dispatch girl tells you otherwise to go many miles away and even changes the location hour by hour. Who is to pay the newly added cost of getting home? I am stranded there and screwed. Later turns out she was also wrong! My original place had room. OOPS
