ALVIN II honestly have no objections to U Haul, just issues i made myself. With the miles i drove, the $19.95 rental turned into $120 or $130, plus $30 for gas. Again, my doing, not U Haul's.

Mark BMy original reservation for a 15' truck at Sun Storage at 1336 Alt 19 was a big problem. Had the reservation for 10:00 & when I got there he told me they didn't have any trucks for me. I had the movers meeting me there & he tells me sorry they never brought it back. If he knew he had a reservation coming in, why wouldn't he call to let me know ahead of time or arrange something BEFORE I showed up there at 10:30? After calling U-Haul to explain the problem, he told me the Sun Sentry U-Haul location at 3839 US Hwy 19 had a truck for me. Had to let the movers know to now meet me at another location. When I got there, Aaron had everything ready for me & knew he had to get me all setup as soon as possible, which he did. He was very nice, helpful, & the location was great. I will never go or refer anyone to the original Sun Storage location but will definitely be using Sun-Sentry for a couple of upcoming jobs I have. Thank you Aaron!!

CLAUDETTE SThe windshield had a film on the inside and when driving into the sunlight, it created visibility issues. That is a he only complaint about the entire trip. Everything else was very good. For future just make sure that the windshield is cleaned inside and out.
David DThis is not a problem with this location, but U-Haul in general. You allow reservations when the location doesn't have the product to be rented. That is messed up and nerve wracking for someone that needs the rental on a tight schedule

BRUCE CI have rented from a lot of locations but this one far excels all the rest. Their knowledge of products, courtesy and fairness is above all, not to mention the quality of the personnel in the office. It’s a great location and I intend to come back mini mini times
