JAMES GBest U-Haul experience ever, and I've had my share! I usually don't even fill these things out, but I feel compelled to after my experience with you guys. First off, you have a real find in Haley, at the front desk there. She is a very genuine and warm hearted person and I am a person that really values those qualities in someone. She made our experience great right from the start. Other than that, the equipment was basically pristine and the drop off was smooth and easy as well. I've also had issues with the bill at other places before, given the finally total is calculated without your presence when the drop off is after closing hours, but everything came through as expected. I will go out of my way to use this location again the next time I need a U-Haul. Thanks again Haley & Co.!

CRISTINA GRepresentative said truck had just been serviced - A/C did not work and it was 100 degrees out - check engine light came on 10 minutes into driving. Let the customer service rep know when I returned the truck and her only response was "ok, a final receipt will be emailed to you". The woman that checked us in was very nice, efficient and helpful when we picked up the truck.

We have rented at many different locations depending on the job but I have to say this North Boca Raton location was exceptional! The manager, Haley was extremely professional and made our experience the absolute best! Being a past Director of Operations I can recognize true talent and people who genuinely care about the work they do. Haley’s worker Mark was also extremely pleasant. You are blessed to have Haley on your team! We will definitely be using this location again! She truly made a very unpleasant day we were having a pleasant one with her caring heart! Sheri AHello - This is in reference to: Customer Response to Receipt for Contract #81462231 I just reviewed my invoice and there is a big mistake. When I got in the truck, I noticed the fuel gauge was way lower than the paperwork said. The paperwork stated the gauge was between 1/2 and 3/4 while the actual reading was just under 1/2. I took a picture and called the store. I do not understand why a business does not take incoming calls from customers. I was forced to leave a message and the agent returned my call 4 hours later. He asked me to send him the pic of the fuel level, and I did. When I returned the truck, I was dealing with a different rep and I told him what happened. He told me not to worry - that he would adjust it. After viewing the invoice, I see that nothing was done and I am being charged for 5 gallons of fuel. This is crap. Here are the reasons I am upset: 1 - I was unable to deal with this at the time I discovered it because no one answers the phone. 2 - I ordered a hand truck, a wardrobe box, 2 furniture dolly's and 24 furniture pads. I did not get any of the equipment that I ordered and that was confirmed to me. You ordering system needs some tweaking. The excuse I was given is that no one knew where the key to the storage room was. 3 - The rep who checked me in is worthless - nothing was done as I was told it would be done. I would appreciate a phone call from someone who can actually do something and not give me (worthless) lip service. I am a Small Business Owner and I am in business for over 18 years in a very competitive industry (I own a very busy hair salon). If I treated my clients the way I was handled, I would never have lasted 18 weeks. You guys are U-Haul and I am a repeat customer.. I expect more than what I received. You can reach me on my direct line, 954-652-1929. Please dont make me waste my valuable time disputing this charge - I have already wasted more time that I wanted to. It's pathetic that I got none of the supplies I needed and when I attempted to notify the store about a discrepancy with the fuel level that I was forced to leave a VM because no one answers the phone. James SAt pick up the real gas level was 5/12 (NOT 6/12 as was in the contract) At return the real miles 141 (NOT 142 as they close the contract) ALL THE DATA MUST BE PRECISE, NOT IMPRECISE, WITH ERRORS LOKE THIS (SLIGHT) COMPANIES LOSE.
