This location is terrible. There wasn't any signage for Serene Lash Lounge anywhere, and a google search doesn't even show that business in the area. I felt very unsafe standing next to my U-Haul alone, next to a run down strip center and a grassy field, with people driving by and cat-calling or honking at me, even at 7 am. The app would not work to unlock the truck quickly, so I had to stand there alone for nearly half an hour after the uber dropped me off at the location. I repeat: I DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT THIS LOCATION.

The battery is almost dead, making the vehicle very difficult to start. There are no metal tie-down rings in the cargo area, so large items cannot be secured properly.
