asphaltage tLe personnel en place manquait de formation pour bien renseigner les clients lors d'une location. Nous avons dû utiliser le service téléphonique U-Haul pour pouvoir compléter notre location et prendre possession du véhicule.

PIERRE BCe n'est pas les établissements qui m'a déçu c'est plutôt uhaul .j'ai demandé de laissé la remorque au plus près dépositaire.jai appelé chez uhaul et après environ 3 transfert et 1heure d'attente pour me faire dire que je n'ai pas le choix pour le retour a environ 150 km de chez moi quand un depositaire est a environ 40 km . Par contre la remorque c'est bien rendu à destination.

Josianne NMa réservation est fait à tacherau, une fois à tachereau pour être en possession du camion j’ai été l’objet de la discrimination et je pense à cause de ma couleur de peau. C’est très méchant

David BWell I shall off by saying 1) we reserved the truck and trailer 2wks ago never got a call or email to make sure it was still available my son had to call on the Fri and finding out nope no records of this truck or trailer to be rented 2) tires were terribly used and they were summer tires not winter 3) the wipers were summer not winter 4) windshield washer was summer not winter and the solution would freeze on the windshield with wipers accumulating with ice 5) we had to stop so many times to take the ice off the wipers this one time we stop we got stuck at the bottom of a hill and we had to pay for a towing 100$…6) the electrical for the lights weren’t working all the time…So if someone asks me how good is UHaul I would Mot Competent Not Trust Worthy and Not Safe.It Was a Very Stressful Event when you can’t see out of your windshield the building up every 5mins.. Anyways that’s my point.Never recemending to a Friend Sorry.
Marcel PBetter knowledge on how to work with their own rental uhaul internet site, so that the client does not receive a supprise at the end of his trip! Double the copies of rental contract in case the dropping rental location would be close, so that the client has a copy and the receiving rental location has a copy to, beside what was mention above a good service!

Bruno GGuys that work there didn't even knew how to rent the trailers. Had to call the boss(probably owner) of the gas station, make him come over in order to fill the paperwork. The (Open)trailer had 3-4 feet of snow in it. Had to shovel out the snow ourselves, in order to male the equipement road-legal. Lightweight and sturdy trailer. Would recommend, if it wasn't about the service we had this day.

Bashar AI call Sergaz on friday to be sure that all was ok with my reservation. Saturday morning, when my brother went there to take the trailer, the guy said that he can’t rent on saturday. He had to insist so the guy call his boss.... it takes more than 1 hour... and they forget the « diable » so my brother had to return... so very bad service! The light on the back of the trailer was not functional... very dangerous. I am disapointed with the service and the product!

Assure that the truck is really full. the representant told that the truck is full but it wasn't correct. the jauge was in the last line but not full. To reach the same level ( last line) I made 80miles on high way.

Lorsque nous sommes aller chercher le cube, il était enneigé et avait un banc de neige de 2 pieds en avant, mon conjoint a eu de la difficulté a sortir. Le cadenas était gelé. Ça c'était a lasarre Abitibi. Le camion était quand même passablement propre mais il nous manquait des couvertures et ce n'était pas le diable que nous avions réservé. Nous avions réservé une plate forme mais le concessionnaire était fermé alors nous avons dû nous organiser. Mon conjoint a trouvé la conduite du véhicule très acceptable. Le joint d'étanchéité de la fenêtre côté conducteur a décoller, sur 3 pieds il volait a côté de la vitre, ça n'a pas aider pour le bruit durant les 7 hrs de voyage pour ce rendre a Gatineau. Rendu a Gatineau, j'ai téléphoné pour voir où nous devions aller le porter. Rendu a l'adresse; le 179 Guillemette, la dame n'a pas voulu le prendre donc mon conjoint a dû traverser Gatineau au complet pour ce rendre a un autre concessionnaire. Les pneus n'était pas adapté a la condition routière. Le démarrage du véhicule était difficile. Le cube a l'intérieur était propre.

Gaby LWhy yes? Because you don't have any choice in this region, which is very badly supported by your management. The computer device from uhall cie for the booking that was handed over to the responsible uhall representative in La Sarre is not working!!!! Your inspector who is suppose to visit the Rental pickup location once a month in that region is not doing his job. Why? Because the device was not replaced since last summer. In addition, there was no furniture pad for sale since the regional representative for uhall failed to ensure that de La Sarre dealer was well equiped to serve the customers.
