I did have a little trouble with navigating the check out/check in procedures with the app. It was nothing that really held me up. I would say most of the issue was simply due to the fa t that this was my first time using the app and handling hetting tbe truck like this. I will definitely look to go this way again if I need to use a truck. The only real complaint i have...and it is a small one...was that the truck had just less than half tank when i picked it up. I got lucky filling it up that i was very close to where it needed to be, but it would have been much easier if it was just full...then i could have just refilled it right before returning it. Very minor thing...not really an issue but more an annoying thing. Overall VERY happy with everything. The truck was very nice. I was clean and was a nice riding and pleasant to drive machine.

Suzanne BHave accurate online info. We made a reservation online and then called the location who said they did not have that size. Then had to call U-Haul who found a size at a near location. Online that new location had no units that size. Lot of wasted time.
Emily SThe UHaul app is total crap and doesn't work for shit. When picking up the truck, the app took forever to load. When dropping off the truck it NEVER loaded. I tried many times and had to resort to using the UHaul website to finish the drop-off procedure. A 10 minute process took over 40 minutes to complete.

Jack RI think you need a cargo trailer that is 7 X 14 I had to make 2 trips to do my delivery. Was just too small. Or even a 7 X 12 would help.

Eric OInstead of just saying it's 30 dollars a day or 20 dollars a day, and then charge a "hidden fee" of 89 bucks for another renting type charge, just downright put the whole price

Terry WThink brakes needed to be checked. Had to put gain way on high to even get a little braking. Could really tell when having to stop suddenly that truck did almost all the braking. Could feel trailer pushing instead of helping to stop.
Dave CMy stuff got wet and when I expressed this to the drop off loacation I was told the trailers are water resistant not water proof. How can this be? I have to buy insurance to cover the trailer but my stuff inside can just get wet if it rains? Nobody told me this and they knew it was gonna rain. My Pictures got ruined and my clothes gof wet but Nobody offered anything to help out with this. Very disappointing

Terry WI rented a car dolly and the fender was held on by duct tape. I had to strap it down after it came loose and was flopping on the road by the wiring. had to stop twice to try and fix.
Dean FIt was very easy to reserve the trailer, pick up and drop off trailer. When dealing with an activity you do not engage every day, ease and comfort is key.
Jim WCouldn't get the location to work for mobile pick up, but the guy working was super helpful and nice!

Keagan FYall can quit over charging people. We were charged for an extra day and extra miles that wasn't needed. A family missed out on renting the truck because of this. Makes me not want to use uhaul again cause it's ridiculous.

Dave CSite was supposed to be open and there was no one there. Had to do everything online. The lot was a sheet of ice and had not even had any attempt to clear off after our ice and snow storm. The cost was more than I expected for two day rental. Fell twice trying to get pictures required when I brought it back .
