I rented a trailer/vehicle transporter, while the unit was functional it had quite a bit of damage and my main concern were the well worn tires but I was assured that if I had any issues on the road the Uhaul road service team would come out to solve the problem. The vehicle transporter provided the service required and over all it was a good value!

Waited for an attendant as the door said that they opened at 8am. No staff in sight even after my ride came to pick me up.

Again, too far. I had to drive a two hour round trip to return it. The location was a parking lot because it was a weekend and scheduled to be back at 9am. So i could have gone when they were open but the distance on a monday morning would have caused me to miss work.

The truck was dirty. There was no loading ramp which made loading extremely difficult. Called location for assistance, kept being put on hold. Horrible!!

Picking up the truck was a disaster. I was supposed to pick up a truck at Fat Boys in Seaford. Never Could!! 24/7 App didn’t work. Two hours later I picked up the truck at this location. Then truck number and contract didn’t match. AWFUL!! L

Pickup took forever because both of the women in the office were eating and on the phone. No one explained drop off, which has changed a lot since the last time I rented a uhaul. They should have explained that to check out after hours you need to take pictures of the dash and the truck so people know not to put the keys in the drop box until they are done the mobile return process. I'll rent from one of the other 20 local locations before I rent from this one again.
