Pitch black. Signage didn’t exist. Impossible to find the key lock box. There were two lock boxes and had no way of knowing which one. So a different location the one in Oakwood George is the one who did the rental for me for me to pick up from Gainesville Georgia. The gentleman I spoke with when I did. The initial rental told me that I got insurance because I asked Foryt then the next day after I picked up the truck I went to look at my receipt which there weren’t a receipt. There was only the order paperwork and nowhere on there was any insurance so I called the location in Oakwood and ask about the insurance that I had asked for and they said you don’t have insurance and I said well. The guy told me yesterday I did and I would like Insurance. He said well it’s too late because you’ve already picked up the truck very poor customer service because of the gentleman‘s negligence on the phone. I would’ve been liable for a very expensive truck when I had asked for and assumed and thought that I got insurance.
