This owner attempted to over charge me and blamed it on me when I explained. Ended up giving the refund back which I don’t think was even the right amount but only after uhual Made him . I will never go back to this location

LEIF LUhaul has a 24/7 pickup/drop off arrangement at this facility. There is no human person on site. If you have questions or incur any problems you are left with the only option of going online. Be ready for the WORST. Uhaul really needs to re-think their online services. If you are fortunate enough to get a REAL PERSON on the phone, you are better served. The Uhaul employees are incredible. Uhaul needs to go back to real customer support and get rid of their utterly useless online business.

Clean, efficient and speedy, Van the man at the counter was on the ball everything was taken care of professionally. He really knew what he was doing and was exceptional at it. I will never go anywhere else, highly recommend them. Superior service!!!

LUIS BI would like to rate the first reservation I made, the pick up location was originally from east st in Tracy ca. it was a night mare, I ended up traveling up Turlock to pick up a 26 ft truck
VANESSA GStaff was super helpful and patient. I had trouble with my light harness. They helped me test it. I am very pleased, overall. Also, this location seems to have a wide variety of options including auto transports.

MICHAEL RUhaul changed my dropoff location and when I called the number the gentleman was very rude and not accommodating to the fact that I was towing a trailer all around town to 2 locations and offered zero help. And then when I got there the gas was only 20 miles under what it was given me at (which would have covered me driving to the 2 locations) and was charged an insane amount for it.
ERIN KGas tank was so empty the light was on and the person working told us to go straight to a gas station. The truck should of had a 1/4 of a tank
Fred TWe picked up our U-haul and the back was open. We loaded up our stuff and went on our way. When we got to our destination and opened up the back it was absolutely horrible. The marijuana smell permeated all of our clothes, furniture, and all of our belongings. We are having to wash everything. It has turned into a real nightmare for us. The marijuana smell was so thick! The U-haul worker obviously knew it smelled really bad, which that is why they left the back open all night long to try and let it air out.
KRISTI DThey don't check when you actually turn in the equipment and charge you for the DAYS afterwards until by some chance they check in on stuff and realize you turned it in.
BRENDA OI would not recommend this location just because I wasn't able to use my own insurance and was charged $30 for insurance when I already pay for insurance. I just don't understand why.
GUADALUPE GGive customers credit for giving you more gas and giving a truck that has a better engine. This truck was very loud.

MICHAEL RThis 15 foot truck was left with the cargo door wide open during a rain storm prior to my pickup appointment, the back was not cleaned out by the previous renter or by Sew Creative, the cab floor was covered in dirt and dried mud, and the seats and dashboard were all covered in cigarette ash. To make things even worse, shortly after leaving Sew Creative, a marijuana electric vapor cigarette kit fell out of the center console, meaning that I was forced to deal with someone else's narcotics, which promptly went into a gas station trash can. Which I had to immediately visit for a fill up because Sew Creative LIED about how much fuel was in the truck when i picked it up, they had me sign a contract saying there was 1/4 tank remaining, but during my walk around inspection, i found the tank to be below 1/8 full with 25 miles until empty. Sew creative claims to be "top 100" according to the dozens of plaques inside their shop, but they are fraudulent LIARS and should be shut down. This level of service and negligence is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. SEW CREATIVE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD.
