It was closed, so there was no personnel. We also couldn't see a key drop box.

TRISTAN PRental location and truck size was changed last minute. Reservation was canceled before I arrived on the second day. The quote I was given was in US dollars… we are not in the US. I was told to go to a location to pay in person when the location was closed on a Sunday. And to top everything off, while on my drive I found a used crack pipe in the glove box. Overall worst experience I have had with a moving company.

janet gWe were asked to drop off the UHaul and on the day we came there was nobody. No instructions what to do if nobody is at the location.
Dwight MAt first, I visited the shop(Campbell River) to ask to explain about mobile pick up but she misunderstood, so she approved offline pick up. As a result, I had to pick up from Friday(4/28). I explained my conditions later, she changed my rental length until Monday(5/1). So, I thought I could return it by then. Therefore, I dropped off my truck in Nanaimo yesterday, they didn't say anything then. However, I knew I have to pay delay fee later. If I had to return it within 2 days from the beginning, I would have done that, but I did it because it said until May 1st in my account, but I couldn't understand that I had to pay a delay fee. I need a reasonable explanation for me and would like to know if a refund is possible if possible. thank you.
