Donald WI specifically asked for Colby’s rental in Bartlesville. I was transferred to Shady’s Tint with the story Colby’s didn’t have any 20’ trucks. I requested to be transferred back to Colby’s and was told the District Manger would not approve. Driving to Shady’s we passed Colby’s with 3 20’ trucks sitting on the lot. If I wanted to rent from Shady’s I would have asked for that. Next time I’ll just walk into Colby’s. I don’t need you making a hassle for me.
