The truck was fine. It was the online process that is terrible. I was waiting for 45 minutes for an approval. I had to call 4 different times to try and pick up truck. After 90 minutes I was finally on my way. It was very frustrating. I called customer service 5 times, at one point I was on hold on two phones. Finally Barbie helped me out. I will not rent again if I have to do it online.

Outside of the truck was very dirty could not see out of the windshield, used the wipers, they barely cleaned the dirt off. The app to turn the truck in did not work, it said it could not find my location when 5other apps on my phone knew where I was.

Making sure all ordered items on the reservation are readily available. A simple furniture dolly would of made the move so much easier but even though I ordered it and it was confirmed it was not available.I don't blame this site location but u hual as a whole shouldn't confirm equipment that is not available .

This business should not be working for uhaul!! The man who helped me was aggravated that he even had to deal with me while his "real customers" had to wait!! He was rude and took forever to get me a truck. I also rented a trailer and was told by this man I had to hook it up myself!! At no time did he indicate that he was joking!! I was so upset I was in tears!! I took the truck to load it and told him I would be back for the trailer. When I came back he was not there, however the 2 gentlemen who did hook the trailer up, did so without complaint and were very helpful and courteous! The rude man I had to deal with was the owner. He made comments like "I'm gonna quit doing uhaul cause it just takes too much of my time away for my real customers!!!"

Yes I had excellent care at the shatter u haul couldn't ask for a better place to go if your in surrounding areas please go to shatter, I orginally got a reservation in Wasco I called for a week but never able to get anyone to answer ,,,so I made a reversirvation over the phone and when I got there I was told " I'm not renting trucks today " I said I had reserved it already he said nope ,I said I would call the main office and he said " go ahead I don't care " well by then it was time for shafter to close but I called them and explained and they waited for me to arrive. If that's not a great business I don't know what is !!! My hats off to you !! The BEST customer service I've had in ages Rhonda H

The Pick-up time should be as early as the facility opens, so the customer can maximize the time for loading.

Explain the "M" symbol on the transmission and the "plus" and " minus" buttons on the right hand lever. I eventually figured it out but it would have been better if it had been explained to me first.

The equipment must be cleaned after a customer used it, or at least it has be checked to see how they are receiving it back, I had to use a water hose to clean the inside of the trailer before I load my stuff because it was really dirty. I don't think I would rent another vehicle in this location.

My friend returned the dolly to this location, and even though the U-haul was in my name, the $10 discount that they gave me was sent in a check to my son instead of me. I would like it sent to me, not them. The credit card also had my name on it. Elizabeth Jones 1017 pecaaaaaan st, Wasco CA 93280

Location was closed when I arrived so have no experience. But I was charged $3.87 for going over my miles that this location didnt look into on the notes. I had a 25 mile grace so after calling uhaul it should be refunded

The people operating this location were not the most helpful and quite honestly seemed like they didn't want to be bothered by my rental. Not necessarily a great location/substation. Definitely would not recommend this location.

I had to drop off trailer prior to facility opening to return borrowed pick up. Came back to check in trailer. I was informed trailer was checked in but it was dirty. Really strange since I hauled a leather couch which was loaded fr a sidewalk. It was supposedly cleaned out by their staff. A total rip off. Will never use UHAUL again.

open on time, have truck ready and checked for problems, have truck staged at entrance and out of storage ready to go, have no lights on for service, don't have customer back truck out of storage area, check for backup and tail lights that don't work, I have used this place several times and have had issues with them, I will not use them again.

I got charged an extra day for bring in the truck a hour late. The truck was suppose to be there at 7:15 and I dropped it off at 8:30. The uhaul rep on the phone told me to drop it off at this location but it didn't open until 8 am. I am unhappy with this full day charge and wil never use uhaul again!!!!

On sunday I had called the number provided for this location & they had told me they were closed but I could still park it and put my keys in a drop box. When I got there, there was no drop box available. So called the number back and they told me to leave my keys in their mail box but if someone takes the keys its my fault. So my only other option was to drive 45 minutes further and go over my miles and my gas. The lady on the phone said she could adjust my miles but the gas would be my problem, again extreamly rude!! so I took my keys in first thing monday and wasted my time and gsd to drive back down to the shafter location. And the gentlemen behind the counter want friendly at all. I move about every 6 months or so & always spend about 280$ one trip with uhaul but this company lost my business for good.

Your services did not provide what i needed, i had to settle for what you had available in that area. I went back to get a print out of the charges, because i did not have internet service yet, the person who attened me acted bother, he told me i should have recieved an e- mail since i reserved it online.

We asked for the nearest drop off from where we lived because we wanted to avoid mile overage. we were not satisfied that the place the chose for us was way way out Mission Blvd. We found a uhall place about 1 1/2 miles from where we lived and dropped the truck off there.
