The trailer leaked massively. We had standing water on our belongings upon arrival and were told too bad we don’t promise dry trailers when we dropped off and asked for help. We drove 1500 miles and about 80% of it in the rain and our stuff is ruined.

Truck was extremely dirty, floors and steering wheel sticky. Left windshield wiper broke while using and almost caused a very bad accident with a semi during a bad storm. Would like some sort of refund for all the issues. Unacceptable.

Other than the crotchety old man that yelled at my ride to&from the location and then at me for fully following the online return instructions, the experience was ok...$0.99 a mile is a bit excessive since JTR mileage is only $0.58 per mile....wish there had been an option for unlimited miles for a 24hr period.

explain to the customer about one day rental from forth Walton beach to panama city. why is it you guys take $137,00 one way for only two hours.

I accidentally locked the keys inside while dropping the truck off. I can’t believe that you guys don’t have a spare key for your trucks. I was forced to call a local locksmith to open the truck, because your roadside assistance wouldn’t help me. Horrible service.

The place was closed, and there was no one to guide me where to put the truck, or where to put the keys. I think UHaul is a joke, and cares nothing but about making money even if it is not owed to them. I believe that you should pay for what you use. Which is why I am not complaining about the payment for the extra miles that were put on the truck. I will, however; complain about the clean up fee that has been charged to my card. The truck looked better after we returned it than before. I will never use UHaul again, and everyone I know will hear about how they charged me for what I didn’t do.

No one at location at pick up time, had to call cell number and wait for him to come to office Truck was at back of facility, was not brought to me. I was handed key and told where truck was parked. Dog slobber on passenger window Not professional at all.

I was transferred to this location after the first location kept pushing my time back. I called to ask for some type of compensation and the guy said am I getting the rental or not I asked him to speak to his manager and her said he would transfer me to customer service. I told him I didn't want to and he simply said "yes" and transferred me. I was originally told to pick up the uhaul at 7am and I didn't 1pm and I had a 4 bedroom house to load. When I went to the store they called the manager to see if she could compensate me and I was told she said she can't do anything and hung up on the guy that called. This was my final Military move and I had the day planned movers planned and it all went down hill from the time I went to get my uhaul. I had to pay the movers extra money and it seemed as if no one cared. I also wasn't informed that I could store things at uhaul for 1 month free with my one way truck rental until after I had unpacked it all in my dads basement and returned the truck. Both the location I was transferred to and the location I dropped the truck off said. I am surprised as to what all is going on. I'm glad it's over but I will say. Penske will be used from here on out with me

This location took care of me but the furniture dolly I originally ordered was not in the truck I had to go buy one. The guy ask me if I ordered a dolly and I stated yes but it should have been a furniture dolly not a hand truck. I already had one of those and didn’t need it. The first location I booked was not open at 7am like the website stated and we waited 45 mins and no one was still there. I had to call customer service who had to transfer me but got me another truck book the next town over.

My only comment is how U Haul as a company can advertise 19.95 on their truck and a local 2.5 hour rental can come out to $75. Misleading in my opinion. The facility and truck were fine though.

Went before close and there was no one there to receive my truck. It was the middle of the day and I had to do the key drop box. I'm more of a face to face guy that's why I went early.

My dolly and my truck were at 2 different locations. I had to pay more for mileage to pick it up and come back to my location. I was forced to make the decision between paying an extra 3 dollars for my dolly (which I had reserved for 3 dollars cheaper) or pay more in mileage to bring it back to the location in the next town over.

I will always use the location in ogden as long as I need a U-Haul. The owner great to work with. Thank You
