Was notified the day before a little after 4 (just before closing time) that the location that I had chosen to pick up my rental didn't have one and instead I had to drive to shelbyville which round trip is roughly an hour. I would of cancelled and tried else where but it was needed that day to move and I wouldn't of had enough time to get anything else so I was stuck driving what equates to two hours total, 1 hour to pick up and 1 hour to drop off since I wasn't allowed to drop at a uhaul in my town. This reservation was made 3 days before the need (I think?). Then the inside was a bit dirty and what looked like chew spit under the central hub dash and the ramp constantly got stuck when stowing it. MIrrors seemed to also move but not as often and not so sure it wasn't from closing the door since it was infrequent.

Virginia DI was charged for a dolly that I didn’t get and was told it would come off the contract by the person there. Upon returning the trailer, i was charged 215.00 more for a dolly I never received or needed. Part of the charge was blankets that were folded and in the trailer upon return.
