Can't remember her name, but this was easiest and quickest to ever rent. Though I called about 20 foot truck but when got there , they only had 26 ft. But customer service was excellent. I used to do uhaul at our business- hated it actually. Mainly because uhaul customer service would schedule someone to pick up unit and it was never there to begin with because someone turned in truck or rental to another location. But here, everything went great and above
