SHANET PMy pickup location was changed the day prior from where I reserved the trailer. I would liked to have been given more than 12 hours notice for this...I find it hard to believe this could not have been mitigated.

Hollie GThe first drop off location ( Buildings Plus : 1325 US Hwy 74 W, Rockingham, NC ) didn’t answer in three days. I had to call U-Haul customer service to get a new drop off location. ( Shed Solutions). Not exactly a good business protocol.
Ceasar OThe truck’s battery was almost dead when I picked up the truck and it had to be charged. Also, the fuel was sitting on empty. Soon after leaving the pick up point the oil light came on and I had to add four quarts (yes, that is 4 quarts - $32 worth of oil) to get the oil to register on the dipstick. The truck didn’t leak oil so I guess no one had checked the oil in a long time. When I picked up the truck I actually left the dealership at 4:35 PM (I took a picture of the fuel and mileage when I left the dealership) when I picked up the truck because of the battery charging but according to an email I received from UHaul the truck was due back at 4 PM. When I returned the truck I arrived at the dealer at a bit before 3:57. I know this because I took a picture of the fuel and mileage when I parked the truck in the dealer’s lot. When the dealer checked the truck in he entered the time as 4:04 and I was charged for an additional day. This was a bad experience all the way around!

Tammy STruck smelled of smoke so bad it made me sick. Had to drive with both windows down. The lock box did not work. We had to call and wait an hour for someone to unlock it. Extremely poor service and vehicle. Never again
PATRICK FNothing that I can think of for improving this experience. Awesome customer service, very helpful. Simple, simple, simple. NO issues at all with re U-Haul equipment, great condition. Without any questions I WILL use a U-Haul dealer and equipment on my next project. No need to shop around.

TROY GIf I had to say something negative it would be that I do not remember the gentleman introducing himself, otherwise he was very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Most certainly would visit again and again if in the area and had the need for UHaul.
