Steve MPlace was closed and locked and gated when I went to return the u-haul at night even thought u-haul said it was 24/7. not the places fault, it is u-hauls fault of course.

Larry PI have a $76 charge from the drop off location! The gas was topped off, and was more than when the truck was picked up. The truck was turned in in less than 12 hours!

Steven BI was very annoyed when I was redirected by U-Haul to this location. I had a reservation at another location and my truck was not there. I was sent to this location and I was a little bit upset about it. However Crystal Moore was so very gracious and listened to my rant and then was able to "fix" the situation with such grace and patience. She and her husband are gems and I'm glad they were able to help.
