The software app using my phone to take a picture of my drivers license would not work. Tried multiple times and wasted a lot of my time that was pretty valuable that day.. finally used another customer‘s phone.

CHRISTOPHER MDO NOT RECOMMEND! The check in process was a nightmare. Tyrone was late opening the location. I was booked for a 7:30am mobile check in (that isn’t an option at this location), so it set me back a lot of time. When I was finally checked in, I was informed that the appliance dolly I had reserved, they no longer had anymore of. When questioning Tyrone regarding what the purpose was of reserving equipment if they don’t have a way to track their equipment. He stated that equipment is checked in and out but he has no way of knowing if they are actually being returned, which contradicts the check in portion of the equipment. I had no choice but to take a regular dolly, I was already over an hour behind schedule. I got in the truck and realized the check engine light was on a few minutes into the drive. I turned around and brought it to his attention. He said the truck just got maintenanced a few days prior. I discussed with him that if it had just gotten looked that, the check engine light should not be on. When I asked for his name he was extremely hesitant and initially did not want to give it to me. He proceeded to call someone on his phone, put it on speaker and told me the trucks have after market parts and that is why the check engine light is on. I was told trucks leave all the time with check engine lights on and it was fine. I asked for the customer service number he said he didn’t have it. I asked who ran the location, Tyrone said he did. I asked for a number regarding my refund for the dolly he said he didn’t have one either. Overall, he was not helpful, couldn’t answer any of my questions did not want to provide me with any customer service information. This place should 100% hire someone else to run it.

MICHAEL PNobody was there at mid-day, even though they were supposed to be open until 3 pm. No one answered the phone, and it wasn't even possible to leave a voicemail. The after-hours drop box had NO instructions and would not shut, leaving all of the keys and contract information out in the open. They NEVER answered the phone there, despite repeated calls over several days. I submitted several emails to differing U-Haul POCs in an effort to see if my return had been properly processed. I finally got an emailed receipt that showed the wrong date and time for my return - really a very disappointing experience.

RICKY CReserved truck using the app and to use mobile pickup. Truck that was assigned did not have keys in the lock box and office was closed that day so I was unable to use the vehicle. Back of the truck was open and there were no hand trucks, which I had ordered two. U-Haul customer service was able to assign me another truck after calling. Will not be using Truck Share again.
Will ATiffany was an amazing sales rep. The equipment was clean. The location was clean. They equipment was on the north side. This is my go to place. I recommend this place to any and everybody.

Ryan WGot there to pick up my truck and no one was there. I was paying 5 people by the hour to help me move who were waiting on me to get there with the truck. I called the number on the door and no answer. I then had to call Uhaul main number. Someone showed up at 8:30 which was 30 minutes late and I had to pay 5 workers $15 each for no working yet. So that was $75 for someone else’’s Fault. I am highly disappointed

RICKY CSomeone needs to be onsite to hook up trailers. Recently had surgery could not pick up trailers tongue, had to call somebody to come and hook up trailers. Somebody should be onsite, or needs tongue jack on all trailers.

BRADLEY JThe UHaul location in Roxboro, NC was not open. I called a telephone number on their building window, only to get a voicemail and no one called me back! The lot was well stocked with UGaul trucks and trailers. Don’t know how they expect to rent anything, since they aren’t open!

Haul was fine been renting twice a month for a while never any problem til today .Tiffany think because they the only place in she can treat u any kind of way. Uhaul I promise will a lot of complaints about her.but u do have a choice and not rent from her place. Need to bring back country garden never a problem with Todd he knew how to treat people. That been I wish them the best hope I'll never have to go there again.
MARK PWhen I arrived, I was told the U-Haul system was down, and I could not pick up equipment. (A msg from YOU would have been nice!) The young lady waiting on me was very apologetic. She continuously searched for ways to establish a connection. For one hour and 10 minutes, she made every effort to help me, while pleasantly displaying her concern.

Katie HPicked up an after hours truck. Key was in incorrect lockbox, so had to contact customer service. They remedied the issue. Truck started very rough and was shaking. Pulled out of the lot, and noticed the check engine light was on. Pulled back in and U-Haul customer service tried to make me file a Roadside Assistance Claim to get someone to look at it since I pulled out of lot. All in all it was remedied, but I was there for an hour and fifteen minutes to pick up a truck that should have taken 15 minutes. Location doesn't open until 10.

Reginald Valthough the uhaul rep at the official number said the site would be open at 1pm when we arrived to drop the trailer no one was there. had to stand in rain and figure out where to leave and how to disconnect. Previous drops at this location were good.
